Jesus wouldn't do anything to either of them. He would go about the world teaching and preaching and trying to lead others towards God. He wouldn't care what Saddam or Bush were doing. It would be like when he was talking to Pontius Pilate before his cruifixion. When Pilate asked him if he was king of the jews he said, "My kingdom is not of this earth" (I'm paraphrasing here) So..Jesus is more concerned with the heavnly kingdom of god and not what earthy rulers do. That's my opinion at least there might be others. I like your question. It makes people think.

Chances are he'd ignore them and go about doing whatever was needed to help people in poverty, sick, homeless, and people getting into trouble by the law. He always seemed more interested in taking care of people's needs than on politics and the politicians who, generally speaking, do a pretty good job of just making more problems (although occasionally, when they're not fighting against each other, taking money in exchange for laws to be passed, having sex outside of their marriages, stealing tax money, starting wars, using "divide and conquer" tactics on the very citizens they're supposed to be leading and helping...well occassionally do get around to solving a few problems every once and while for some folks).

Then again that's just my own humble opinion as a Hindu based upon observations and readings regarding Jesus. Who knows, maybe he'd be like his followers and be very into politics and trying to scare everyone into believing in him and calling other people's religion stupid, false, or refering to such people as "nonbelievers" or "devil worshippers". Sometimes it's hard to tell since you read one thing yet see the followers do another. Which is probably why I agree with Gandhi (who seemed to think that the better qualities he read about Jesus were probably more accurate than what he experienced from his followers) who said "I like your Christ. I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ" when asked by a western reporter about what he thought about Jesus Christ and Christianity.

I'm not a Christian, but I think he would forgive them their sins if they believed Jesus was the savior (just like the thief that was crucified next to Jesus).

I however would make them appear on Dancing with the Stars as partners. If they win, they get into heaven. If they lose they are sent to hell....where they are dance partners for all eternity.

I don't think much would change from when he was on earth 2000 years ago. Bush would be like Pilate believing and not believing, Saddam maybe like the Sanhedrin.

I think he'd ignore stupid people, and tell the evil people who think they have the right to choose life and death for others to go to hell immediately. I'm sorry, why do you insist of clumping bush and Saddam in together? Saddam is nothing more than another hitler, thinking he has the right to destroy whole cultures and practice genocide on his own people, while bush is confused, but at least trying to do the right thing.

"President Bush and Mr. Husain are men. They must answer to God for all they do and don't do. Their judgment is not in my hands, nor yours. They each will find their own judgment, because that is how the world was made to be."
"Mr. Husain, you were a great leader in the world, respected and feared. Has it brought you closer to God? Has it brought your people closer to God? What do you think would bring your people and Islam into a state of covenant with God? Who would have to die to make that true?"
"Mr. President, my concern is as the Priest-King of Israel. My thanks to you for your support of my homeland. I have seen the way Islam has systematically supressed all other religions, while the United States has supported all religious expression, even to the extent of opening it's arms to Islam. Judaism has changed, hasn't it? None of that matters. All will come to God in time, and my concern is whether Israel has kept it's covenant with God and represented humanity's best efforts. We shall see, and I look forward to seeing how your "Great Experiment" proceeds when it is as old as Israel was when I was young."

Many may disagree with me but foo yahhhh...lol. The bible says that God places people in power and removes them from power. Many people don't like Bush...but God placed him there and Saddam God weighed him and found him wanting. ...God bless.

I'm not being sarcastic, but serious. He would probably have them slain (if they are as evil as I think). (PBUH) Anytime a prophet is on Earth they have the right to slain oppressors who kill people believers who can't defend themselves.
