Jesus said love your enemy. I believe that message without the God part.

Based on expirience, there are going to be Christians who are going to ask, "Then are you saying Jesus is a liar because his message was that he is God". My response to that is just misquoted.

"Paralysed but still very much alive, the spider is carried by the wasp back to its nest and carefully placed in the burrow. Now the female lays her egg on it. Only one egg is laid in one burrow because the stored food is sufficient for only one offspring. The female may repeat the whole process many times. A week or ten days later the egg hatches and the larva finds a large stock of still-living food immediately available. After coming out of the egg the maggot penetrates the spider’s cuticle and slowly eats it, leaving the vital organs, such as the heart, until last."

Everyday I come here and I see some Christians ask questions about Christianity, but mostly trashing Islam or asking questions about Islam (nt even questions, sound more like acusations), I do not see Muslims or Jews doing the same..... Why do some Christians do this? ARE YOU FACINATED BY ISLAM I GUESS? Is cool an all to ask questions but please be respectful!!! Do not step on other people's feelings and hurt them, read first and try to treat others humanly, after all do you know all 2.5 + Muslims in the world one by one? I know I do not know all the Christians!!!

I asked a question about not wanting to be in heaven with murderers and rapists and someone said all sin is equal in the eyes of god. So does that mean if I have sex outside of marriage that is the same as killing someone and all I have to do is repent and really mean it and I am in? That idea seems a bit skewed. Help me make it make sense.

That other religions/non-religions cannot not criticize Islam without invoking violence?
Other religions, especially Christianity, are criticized on a continuous basis and they/we do NOT take to the streets with violent protests or threats of murder.

Examples: threats against the Pope for making a speech and using a quote from a historical text or the danish paper and its caricature of Muhammad.

With all the more important circumstances happening in the world today, wouldn't Muslim energies be best served correcting ills of society? For instance, taking a stance against their fellow Muslims who are enslaving and causing havoc in the Sudan or putting their foot down on Muslim extremists?

Islam is supposedly a religion of peace, so...where's the peace? It seems to be taking a back seat to violence.

Why do Christians give the worst answers. Its like every thing they type is "get saved".

Does getting saved mean I lose the ability to think outside the box?

Are their minds open to the views they read? And I wonder if questioners, too, give due thought to the answers they receive. Of course, some answers are pathetic in their denigrating - take note out there!

MIAMI, Florida (AP) -- Yahweh Ben Yahweh, a former cult leader linked to nearly two dozen gruesome killings in the 1980s, is seeking immediate release from parole supervision because he has advanced cancer and wants to "die with dignity," his lawyers said Friday.

Yahweh, 70, is asking U.S. District Judge Marcia Cooke to order the federal Parole Commission to make a quick decision on whether to terminate parole in his case. He lives in the Miami area.

"He is not a risk of flight. He is not a danger to the community. He is frail and he is dying," his attorney Jayne Weintraub said. "It's time for the bars to be removed."

Yahweh can no longer walk because of bone and nerve damage from the cancer, according to his doctor. "His prognosis is extremely poor and death appears imminent," Dr. Wynne A. Steinsnyder wrote in a September 28 letter filed with the court.

Yahweh, a self-proclaimed "Black Messiah," served 11 years of an 18-year federal prison sentence for a racketeering conviction stemming from his role in up to 23 murders, some involving beheadings and severed ears and fingers.

He was born Hulon Mitchell Jr. in Oklahoma but changed his name to the Hebrew words for "God, son of God." His Nation of Yahweh boasted hundreds of followers who often dressed all in white.

Yahweh preached a brand of racial and religious separatism for blacks and was accused of sending followers to kill "white devils" and bring back proof.

Yahweh was released from prison on parole on September 26, 2001. His lawyers argue that under federal law his parole should be concluded because he has followed all the restrictions, including no contact with his former followers.

The law, however, gives the Parole Commission the final decision. A hearing officer is scheduled to consider the case on October 19 and then make a recommendation.

The process could take weeks, if not months.

Weintraub and co-counsel Steven Polotsky want the judge to accelerate the process, in part because Yahweh's doctor says being on parole causes stress that is hampering his cancer treatment.

"Yahweh Ben Yahweh is entitled to die with dignity," Weintraub said.

Lets face it, whether you believe in God or not, you were "designed" to believe in something even if that "something" is nothing. You imply by your computer usage that you "believe" your computer will not explode and kill you , even though you cannot be 100% sure. Your either expressing faith in the computer itself or the man who made it. Now if you believe in God that would be reason enough for using the computer and doing the things you do.
