Consider it to be a form of studying. Christians read the save verse over and over again until they fully understand its' meaning. Just look at those repeated questions in the same way. God must me moving through their hearts to make that look for answers to certain questions they may have.
If you recognize the same question over and over again. just skip them and move onto the next one. It's no big deal. I see the same questions again and again. and I still answer them with the same answer again and again. It';s not a big deal.

There are literally billions of people on this planet and we're all supposedly individual. Yet we live in societies that homogenise our daily routines, teach us the same values and instill the same schools of thoughts and patterns of thinking. It's no wonder we end up asking the same questions.
What interests me is that people think their questions are unique when all it generally takes is a good search engine and a few minutes of one's time.

They either need an answer which they didn't find in the first post or trying to send a message about their religion or harassing some others..like someone who posted a question saying that we worship the Kaaba several times..it was annoying.

Ask what has already been asked or post the same question over and over again?
Asking what has already been asked, I figure they thought they were so original in their question they didn't need to search it first. *rolls eyes*
Posting the same thing over and over... I wonder if it's their browser re-posting it when they refresh the page or if they are really that stupid.

The reason why people repeat questions should be simple to you. We want better answers.

We are tired of many of our repetitive actions in our day to day life ! Every morsel of food on a hungry stomach, every gulp on a thirsty throat, every bath on a tired weary but healthy body seems afresh !
Please try to consider so, and afford a chance to fresh set of answerers to take a chance ...

if one person asks the same question over and over perhaps to try getting different answers and if numerous different people ask then perhaps they don't realize the question has been asked before.
