'tis not a religion that makes it 'right'. It is the dogma and intolerance that makes any religion wrong! So there could be more than one right one! Say Wiccan and Hindu, no hate, and no dogma.

That's a good question, one that people have been asking for ages and will continue to ask, but I'm afraid there is no "right" answer. It is all up to individual perspective. Ask 100 different people, you will get 100 different answers, all completely certain that they are right. It's like asking, "What is the right favorite color?" only no one goes around killing each other for having differences over that. (Could you see it now? "Red!" "No, Blue!" "No, Red!!" "That's it! I'm going to kill you now! Die, infidel!")

Seriously, though, the "right" religion is the one that is right for the individual. If Christianity speaks to you, makes you feel at peace and gives your life direction, then by all means, it's right for you. If it feels forced, makes you feel conflicted, and holds you in place by fear, it's wrong. Others may have different definitions and that is their prerogative.

I will just tell you right now, that there is no way you are going to get a straight answer on this one. There are literally thousands of "religions" on the Earth right now. Everyone has their opinion on wich one is right, and Only YOU can decide wich one is right. Do some research on some of these "religions" and you will find some are not as clean on the surface as they would appear.

Good luck on your journey.

The one that follows ALL scripture 2 TIMOTHY 3:16, 17
and backs up every belief with scripture

You get all sorts of answers in this category but how many of the answers are backed up with scripture?

It's what God says that is important - not what man thinks

Pray that He opens your heart to see which is the right religion and don't reject it when it is presented to you (if scriptures are used of course)

the one in which you feel the most comfortable in abiding by the rituals and ceremonies the religion performs. hopefully without infringing upon the free will and rights of others to worship as they see fit even if totally different than yours.

Religion is to believe in GOD alone; not in denomination. There are many denominations out there any that is why so many people are confused and divided. The BIBLE says in Ephesians4:5 that there is one God,one Faith, and one Baptism. Only one God!!

none, religion as we know it is manmade..at most it only serves a social function.
beleiving in our creator, has nothing to do with religion, although they all will tell you they are the one and only right one..,and most of them are willing to fight for it..
starting to see where i wanne go with this point...
how can a religion say they truly the right one,if they not able to life in peace with all the others..it just isent right, something wrong there...
i study religion for 30 years now,not one could convince me to join one of them, they all have things from wich i say : oh yeah great, and at the same time, they all have things from wich i think : oh no,that cant be right..
the only advice i can give you, follow your inner voice, your innerself, mine has never been wrong,as i see it.
peace be to you my friend.

Hello M H.. :)

James 1

26 ¶ If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

27 Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

I pray this answers your question.. :)

In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)
