There is never perfect understanding between two (or more) humans, but it is always a striving, a process. The more interaction that occurs, the more understanding develops, generally.
No offense, but I believe in your case you would understand more, even if you disagree, if you were less judgemental and actually listened and considered what people say before dismissing it as nonsense. In short, you seem a bit stubborn. I like you, though. You question fairly respectfully, and that in itself is admirable on this board.

Because the scriptures are spiritually discerned, & not carnally discerned., therefore you need ths Holy Ghost to see the True Revelations of the scriptures.

Because you are not spiritual. It takes faith to understand things that are spiritual.
Mar 4:12 so that seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.

2 Corinthians 4:4 - ...the god of this system of things has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, that the illumination of the glorious good news about the Christ, who is the image of God, might not shine through.
PS - if you didn't know, "the godo f this system of things" is Satan.

Enlightenment and revelation come by our openness to the Spirit of God. Open your heart and mind and ask Him to reveal Himself to you.
Seek the Living God with all your heart, and open yourself to belief in His Son, Jesus Christ.
Then you will truly understand matters of the "spirit".

Ask God to give you eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart that understands.
