Is is not enough that in todays world that we have to question our fellow men's agenda, and character. Is it not enough that we all strive for the same thing, and sometimes feel we can never touch it. We all have the same trials and tribulations, but yet we have to add to it dont we. Why do we question someones elses believes. Why do we point the finger and say you are wrong. All of us know how somedays it' hard enough just to get out of your bed knowing that everyone is so damn jaded they just dont give a damn if their words and thoughts hurt others. Can we not accept that this place is about spiritual growith in a subjective way. Is it better to put someones faith in a categorie because it gives you definition?
I ask what is an atheist? What is a christiann, a buddha, a pagan.
Someone who belives in something higher then themselves how can that be wrong. IS god not everywhere? With us experiencing our tradgedy our suffering our happiness? Why cant we just allow people their own?

Honest question, not poking fun or anything like that, although it may seem that way.

When you learned about dinosaur fossils, what were you told (if you were told) to think about them from a religious perspective? Who told you this (i.e. someone at church, parents, etc.)? Do you have any interest in Dinosaurs?

Thanks for your answers! :)

I asked this earlier but Yahoo was having problems and maybe some people had trouble responding as I did to other questions.

Not a male bashing question at all as I raised three males.

If you look at the world now, are the male traits dominating...strength, power, competition and could the world use more nuturing traits of the female?

Has anyone fasted before? If so, how do you do it? Do you work your way up to not eating anything, eating less and less until nothing, or do you just quit eating for a period of time? Also, do you take vitamins or supplements during your fast? Thanks.

I'm eager to go to Hell because all the fun people will be there. Is there a way I could get on the fast track? I don't want to have to wait for an eternity or something.

the prophet (pbuh) could not validate the writings of the Koran since he could not read or write. To justify the Koran Muslims believe the angel Gabriel confirmed the correctness of the Holy Koran. For me, this is not reasonable to assign an angel a task that is a "human" task. Authenticating sacred writings is not what angels were created to do.

Concerning whether or not the Bible or Koran is the forgery as I said a forgery NEVER precedes the real thing. No one can disprove that the companions of the prophet (pbuh) came in possession of a Bible. With the trade industry the mixing of cultures and versatility of languages among traders make it highly probable that there were cutural exchanges all the time.

I give credit to the prophet (pbuh) for revealing to Arabs the truth of One God and history of the prophets (pbut) dating back to Adam (pbuh) when the Arabs were polythiestic and idol worshipers.

This is just a hy-po-thetical (sp?) question. I'm simply interested in how people would go about accomplishing this, in interesting and creative ways.

Is it because The intelligent people of that country will realize that Islam is just a way of controling the population?
Why is Islam afraid of the people learning about Jesus?
Are they afraid of the truth or a little competition?

After you really meditate and forgive a person, you put yourself in their shoes, try and feel what they do and why they may do and say and act as they do. I thought I'd be happy, or forget about it, but I really pity them. Is it just your conscious mind, or your heart?

If they are able to extract the DNA, what will creationists have to say then? Will this just be another example of Satan manipulating events? Or will they finally come to realize that the earth is not 6000 years old but millions upon millions of years old?
