How ignorant. You write 'Why stop at the tip?' Priests are not Jewish or Muslim, so why assume they are circumcised. Only in the USA are people circumcised as a matter of course, which is both stupid and barbaric.

No, they do not. Celibacy is a discipline.Castration would be mutilating the body and against God's wishes.
