We all know the "Gospel EXPERTS" like numbers,
Like 666 and 12 and 13 and 3 and 1,
And yet they fail in their maths and see 3 days and 3 nights in less Than 36 hours,
But why dont they even try to see what the Gospel author is,
Or authors are saying,
With the introduction of two thieves only when they all arrive at Golgotha
After so many hours of different trials and scourging and beating and spitting upon
And the long journey to Golgotha,
And the fact(s) that all crosses had to have the inscription of Jesus or whoever King of the Jews
For everyone in the procession to be so unaware
That each cross had
A different bearer,
And for everyone to believe that each bearer was this Jesus or This King
And that the thieves too had to be identified as Jesus or whoever King of the Jews.

Where do all these Gospel "Experts" have their brains and their eyes that they miss the "Hoax" for the blindness that they were all born under?

"Experts", you can curse as you like.

i ask this question as a serious inquiry. what if a person had never heard the gospel of jesus? what if he never had a clue there was such a person? or maybe he might have heard of him, but b/c his upbringing, he never heard the real story, never had a chance to read a bible, nor did he ever have a chance to open his heart to jesus b/c he never really was exposed to any real gospel, nor anything supporting a decision to follow such a faith. most people follow christ b/c they read the bible and know the reasons b/c they are laid out directly. this happens all over the world: tribes in jungles, third world countries, and regions dominated by other faiths. do these people just "burn" b/c they don't accept christ as lord and savior? how can you be judged if you never have a clue, especially if you're a good person with a good heart?
i'm sorry this question is all over the place but hopefully you can understand the idea. any help clearing this up will be appreciated.

I'm not talking about getting one by accident or incidentally, but on purpose. Like say you never experienced either of the two before and you want to, even though you realize the danger involved, I know how crazy that sounds, but how does one go about getting them?

I live in New York City. Any one know of any good haunting grounds around here where I might find what I am looking for?

Ishmael was born 13 years before Isaac.

The marriage of Abraham to Haggar was perfectly acceptable according to the laws and traditions of that time. Sarah was the first wife, but that does not eliminate the fact that she was not the mother of the firstborn son.

Reference:

Genesis 22
2 Then God said, "Take your son, your only son, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains I will tell you about."

Imagine there's no Heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace

Although i am a muslim turned atheist, i find the catholic church to be the best for these reasons

the most humane organisation on earth today, helping millions of poor in the third world, educating them and speaking out against brutality and cruelty

an organisation that has branched out to welcome people of all walks of life, and embrace the ideas of education and science

i am not a catholic, but the catholic church i believe is the best and no other religious organisation can come even close to it. (there are still areas where they can improve, and they try to do it always)

comments?

I had the most disturbing dream last night that I was pregnant but there was no earthly way I could be. It was completely bizarre to try to explain it to people. I'm not asking if you think it's possible or if it has ever happened. How would you react if it happened to you?

I'm sure some of you would be ecstatic to be "serving the lord" in that way, but I want to know how you would deal with it all in the "real" world of believers and skeptics alike.

Me, personally believe the luck does play a big part in achieving something. I know many people who are well educated but still failed to moving forward in their career. Ofcourse there are other factors in determining the success such as your determination of success, the supporters surrounding you, etc.
However I still do believe you need to have luck in your life. Perhaps something about the stars and the time that you are born. Sound like I am a superstitious.
No, I am not talking about the people who are born with golden spoon in their mouth.
Would anyone like to share your views.

"I appeal to you, brothers, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another so that there may be no divisions among you and that you may be perfectly united in mind and thought" 1 Corinthians 1:10

I seem to find so much fighting between denominations, who is right, who is wrong.
Should we not be united in love and joined in faith for Jesus Christ?
Why can denominations not work together to help humanity in Jesus name? Rather than stuck in religious debates between who is worshipping the right way?

I know it will be a wonderful moment, to be in the presence of Jesus and God, and I know it will be GREAT.....so GREAT, I dont even know that I can comprehend. Do you think we will meet up with our loved ones? I know that this won't matter once we are with God, but I am nervous that after this life, I won't meet up with my parents and loved ones again....Will I even know the difference? I know these are really broad questions that no one can really answer, but I am interested on other peoples views and/or knowledge.

To me freewill is the ability to choose without influence. We must all abide by perimeters created by the life we've led. Can a homeless choose to be a famous singer? We all have our freedom limited in some way. Maybe freewill is the ability to choose. But what's the word for "the ability to choose without influence, without perimeters"?

I am intrigued and curious as to how many people believe that they lived past lives...why they think that....how they know.(not just a psychic told them)..and their theory about it. Do you feel that with each life, your soul is drawn to the people it connected with in past lives? If you do believe in past lives, what do you think your past life was, and how do you know?
