False- Adam and Eve were made to be joined WITH each other- as companions, not enemies. And they are the only people that we know of that God directly created (not from a mother). So no, I think God wants peace and harmony on earth. It's humans fault that we have so many wars.

In the beginning, there was only one family. The Bible says Eve was the mother of all living. The different races came about when God confused the languages at the Tower of Babel and groups of people who could understand eachother broke away and went different ways into the world. Then, the most dominant characteristics in each group dictated the way the general group looked.

God created human kind all the same.... then there was an incident involving the Tower of Babel where God confused their languages so that they would quit their building and move away from each other, thus, the beginning of different tribes and languages.

Passage Genesis 11:1-10:
The Tower of Babel
1 Now the whole world had one language and a common speech. 2 As men moved eastward, [a] they found a plain in Shinar [b] and settled there.
3 They said to each other, "Come, let's make bricks and bake them thoroughly." They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar. 4 Then they said, "Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves and not be scattered over the face of the whole earth."
5 But the LORD came down to see the city and the tower that the men were building. 6 The LORD said, "If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them. 7 Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other."
8 So the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city. 9 That is why it was called Babel [c] —because there the LORD confused the language of the whole world. From there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth.

O mankind! We created you from a single (pair) of a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes, that ye may know each other (not that ye may despise (each other). Verily the most honoured of you in the sight of Allah is (he who is) the most righteous of you. And Allah has full knowledge and is well acquainted (with all things).
So if we were not different, we wouldn't be able to distinguish one from the other. Unfortunately these differences that allow us to differentiate one from another, are abused to discriminate against people.

What I don't get is ...okay people were building a tower so God went down and had everyone scattered and speaking differently languages. But this was back when there is not even any electricity. So how come he was nervous that they could build up the tower all the way to heaven, when now days we can shoot Rockets up into space??

If you accept God, then you should believe that he created such. However, as a biologist, I believe that evolution has resulted in uniquely adapted races for their environments. The conflicts are brought about by possessions or simply greed.
