Pretty much, yes. Zionists used Christians to get Israel resurrected, and continue to use them today to protect it. The whole end-times movement started by Darby conicides with modern dominionist Zionism, implying that they invented all this 'second coming' crap to begin with. Pretty damned brilliant.

Um, no. Christians are supportive of Israel because the prophecy dictates that Jews must be in control of the land of Israel in order for their messiah to come. What Christians also neglect to mention to their Jewish friends is that what follows the second coming is armageddon in which all denyers of jesus will be destroyed. There was recently a conference of jews and christians where the christian attendees expressed their support for israel... the israeli ambassador to the us was at the conference and he said "well, whatever happens to us after the second coming, we'll deal with it then".
