I am seeking some good patterns for a cloak/robe to be used for rituals purposes but I am having a hard time with it...I am having someone make my cloak and they need the pattern...

I am wanting it to be about 3/4 length and hooded.

Raymond Bucklands Complete Book of Witchcraft has a simple way to make a cloak. Basically you take a couple yards of fabric, fold it in half, have the person lay down and outline there body on the cloth. You cut along the outline and cut a hole in the top for the head then sew the sides together. I can also add a hood and other decorations. You can go to the bookstore find the book and copy that page while in the store. you can also get the book at the library.

Actually any good fabric and sewing store has cloak patterns, especially at this time of year. You can find them in the costume section of the pattern books. There are also resources online, but Folk Life is the one I recommend.
