You will not find one person in the world who thinks there a bad person. People either don't believe in it or believe there saved. So much for self-confidence.

Also why do people think other people know there going to hell?

I have been seemingly singled out everywhere we go. I thought it was my personality, but I soon found out that it is possibly my own husband! Every new friend I meet, they really like me until the very next day after I introduce them to him! I prayed about it, and asked God for His help, and no matter what...He seems to be pointing back to my husband! I love him, so I don't know what to do about this! It seems like he is really married to me to ruin my life! People I never met come around me and glare for no aparent reason. My husband's friends all started out really liking me. As soon as they paid a little more attention to me than him, a few days later, they started giving me dirty looks behind his back! I'm at my wits end about this! I dare not tell him what all of my user names are online! Every site he finds out about...people go from liking me to hating me! Yet he always confesses his undying love to me! What do you think God would want me to do in this situation?

I'm curious to know how many of you believe that if an individual follows a faith other than your own or believes in a God other than your own (or believes in no God at all), that they will then be punished in the afterlife. Please feel free to explain your answer :)

I heard someone say that you could no more create life on earth by chance than you can expect a tornado to blow through a scrap metal yard and build a F-15 fighter jet. What do you think?

I know people are all struglling in this world. What makes this difference between someone who seeks help and someone who latches onto something or obsesses over it? How come some people look for help and work on things and lead normal lives while other people need thinks like landmark forum and burning man contiunally and isolate from people who are not involved?

I realize not all people are like this, but why are some people suceptable to this?

Is it because they have seen religion retard the social, politicial, and scientific progress of mankind, and they find it sickening and disgusting--in the same way that they would find a rapist or murderer sickening and disgusting? Because, after all, religion is essentially the rape and murder of the human mind. I think this is good, common sense.

ive had this dream ever since i was little---always the same type---im near the ocean or sitting on some rocks feeling really happy and like butterflies are dancing in my stomach--when all of a sudden i start singing--no words just humming loudly, and these 2 sea monters (there are always 2 of them) large as a medium size apartment building--sometimes they are grey-green or golden-brown in color--eyes are deepblue and red--come to me and start playing just rolling around me like they were puppies---i feel very peaceful------------:)

give to the peacher 10% to help him build a biger church or give to the poor and needy to help our loved ones

It is not righteousness that ye turn your faces Towards east or West; but it is righteousness- to believe in Allah and the Last Day, and the Angels, and the Book, and the Messengers; to spend of your substance, out of love for Him, for your kin, for orphans, for the needy, for the wayfarer, for those who ask, and for the ransom of slaves; to be steadfast in prayer, and practice regular charity; to fulfil the contracts which ye have made; and to be firm and patient, in pain (or suffering) and adversity, and throughout all periods of panic. Such are the people of truth, the Allah-fearing

How to come to know a woman has committed adultery, in the book of Numbers, Ch. no.5 Verse No..11 to 31. I’ll just say in brief. It says that… ‘The priest should take holy water in a vessel, take dust from the floor, and put it into the vessel - And that is the bitter water ‘And after cursing it, give it to the woman And if the woman has committed adultery, after she drinks it, the curse will enter her body, the stomach will swell, the thigh will rot, and she shall be cursed by the people. If the woman has not committed adultery, she will remain clean and she will bear the seed..
I had read in the newspapers, and I came to know from the media, that the President of this great country Mr. Bill Clinton, he was involved in a sex scandal about 2 years back. I wonder, that why did not the American court use this ‘bitter water test’ for adultery? He would have gone scot-free immediately. Why did not the Christian missionaries of this great country, use this bitter water test to bail out him

I can understand why a person who has a religion or a spirtitual relationship with a higher power would be passionate about wanting other's to believe in a God, but what motivation does an Atheist have to try to convince people that there isn't a God?

I have a relative that became a born again christian a few years ago. Before this she used to do things for and with her family, now she says she doesn't want to spend her time with those that do not want to be saved. She opens her home to convicts that have "found Jesus" (and who then rip her off) but she does not give the kids in the family christmas presents. (She says that they are "blessed enough") She doesn't associate even with her own parents anymore, because her new husband can't stand them and "a wife is supposed to follow her husband." Is that really how you people want everyone to behave? I think I prefer hell.... Not really, I guess, I don't know what I believe, but this bothers me.

I know it's basically Christian, but the celebration is about the birth of Jesus and not his divinity, like in case of Easter or Pentecost.

Christmas already has a lot of variations, so why not have another?

Well, under the speculation that the astral realm is entirely artificial and only our higher thought forms allowed such manifestation.(So, it came after us) Is it perhaps possible that we are the result of another such phenomenon, on a "lower" plane of existance that as origins to, and spawned our level of existance, and therefor all others higher? Or what are your thoughts on us being manifestations, or the lower form's "projections" but with so effect of us having no memory and being a form of sleep, to wake up from?
