I lost my mother at the age of 10 due to oral cancer on July 22, 2000. She died a couple of days right after her b-day. Somethimg that still bothers me is that at the age of 5, I dreamt of her dying and having a funeral on a very rainy day. In the casket she had on a white dress and certain events took place on that day. When she died everything I dreamt of came true. I believe it was a way God was trying to prepare me to brace myself. Has anyone ever experienced this and in what way?

Jesus when he came to earth in physical form, established his church. In the church He established, there was apostles, of whom (Peter specificly) he gave "the keys of the kingdom of heaven." Yet today in the christian church there are no devinly apointed apostles. And from my understanding of what I've been told about the christian faith, is that revelation ended with the apostolistic age. I have also been told that there is no need for apostles anymore because the bible replaces the nessesity modern revelation, or rather inturperited "any and everything theat God has said and needed to say was said durring or prior to the apostolistic age, and then neatly packaged into what we call the bible 400 years later."

Now what i want to know, is WHY the revelation stopped. Why the need for revelation is no longer nessesary when it was nessesary with even Christ himself on the earth. And WHEN did God stop talking to us through his apostles (amos 3:7)? Would not the nessisity be greater now

Even if we wanted to put people in jail forever for a terrible crime, we couldnt, they would eventually die. However, God, through his convienient devil proxy stuffs us in hell for an eternal torturing.

We dont get 100 years of hellfire scortching, which would be horrible if you think of it...we get eternal hellfire!

If this isnt the most obvious remenant of simple manipulative gimmickery from the state or authorities of the elder day, I dont know what is...

What an absolute stupidity hell is...what could be more unjust...would could be more horrible....

"God doesnt do it, you do!" >>> What a loud of crap! If God exists, he is the creator of all and nothing happens without his permission or design! Certainly such elaborate machinery, beyond Hitlers wildest dream, would require real design and thought.

What an absolute absurdity and stupidity the myth of hell is..

Whats with all of the people saying "heat/cold/wind/air/etc. exist and you can't see them so saying God doesn't exist because you can't see him doesn't work". Christians claim he exists atheists deny that, therefore it is the Christian who must defend himself.

here's an example...a Fruber exists in my room he's invisible, none of your senses can detect the Fruber. Now are you going to join me in saying said Fruber exists? No, I would be insane. when confronted whith god we must first ask "what is it for which you are claiming existence"? therefore the theist must make an intelligible description of God, until he does so God makes no more sense than my Fruber. Nothing can qualify as evidence unless we know what we are looking for. Even if faith is demanded for us to believe, we still have to know what it is we are to have faith in. Theists have always had problems describing said God & they still disagree. Anyone who wants to attempt a description ok but keep it short.

I sometimes hate my life.....
-my classmates were always the favored choice of the teachers (they were mostly stuck up, slutty looking, and popular)
-I'm always the last person to hear about opportunities or even get one while everyone else brags about theirs
-People look down on me, even in gym cause of my appearance
-I dont talk that much and not outgoing
-I try to tell people what I want but I end up getting something that I dont need
-I admit it, I sometimes envy people for enjoying their life and having all these material possessions

I know this stuff isnt just offensive to Christians, it is Vulgar and offensive to everyone. People will report for the silliest stuff, but this kind of crude NEEDS to be reported! I mean you take an institution, based on myths, legends and fables. You then make up a supernatural enemy (the devil) that will consume babies and toss anyone into a lake of fire for all eternity. Next you produce, ex nihil, a deity that was created more than 3 centuries after he was supposed to have existed as a man (it's called the Council of Nicea) and then tell people that the ONLY way to avoid this devil and his very bad place, called hell, is by staying in the church. Oh and of course you'll give generously to the collection plate won't you? After all if the church closes, what and whom will protect you from this bad demon?
You don't want to stand on your own two feet do you? Or think for yoruself right? That's hard. Let this outdated book of bronze-age jewish mythology do your thinking for you. There isn't that easier?

I asked the question "Was Jesus White?" and most of the answers were along the lines of "No, he was Jewish". I though Judiasm was a religion not a race. I'm not to keen on the religion of celebrities but I thought Jerry Seinfeld and Jon Steward were Jewish and they look caucasian to me. So, is Judism a race or religion or both?
