Yeah. So this one time, i was like skatin' like crazy, right? Then I was like whooooah... I did a kickflip and then I saw a unicorn! A real unicorn! Then I went to Wendy's and they have chicken sandwitches for a dollar!? Did you know that? Yeah... like a buck. that's cheap. Anyway, I skated back eating the sandwich... and it was cool.

I feel something so powerful stir in my heart when I tell people about my walk with God and about salvation. Its an amazing feeling of peace, and love. Its a feeling of being embraced by the message, like I'm smiling for the first time all over again. I feel like I have enough energy to tell 100s of people about God's love and how wonderful it is and the positive impact salvation has made on my life.

How do you feel when you tell others?

They are hated for conformity basically? And for being anal retentive. And really at the end of the day not really being a good advertisement for a God who should be almighty. (Ok - I don't believe this about ALL christains - unfortunately it's the awful ones who get noticed).

BUT....

Isn't the whole I-hate-Christians-because-they're-Christians trip just as bad as the I'm-superior-coz--I'm-a-christian trip?

Ok this is kind of hard to explain but let me try. Well if you truly belive in Jesus Christ and GOD and according to the bible if you have jesus and god in your heart you are saved. As well as theirs a heaven and hell. Heaven for the good people that belive and love god and hell for the non belivers and bad people.

My question is... well if your a christian and catholic or any kind of religion that belives in Jesus and God as his father, theres a heaven and hell right. Well heres my question, Where do buhdas, Hindus, Muslims, Athiests, and other religions that do not belong to GOD and Jesus Christ go after they die i mean well do they belive in such thing as hell or heaven?

Hard question to explain... sorry

I mean here, what's the most insightful question (and if you want, answer) that you've seen on Yahoo! Answers? Sure the majority of the stuff on here may well be slop, but that doesn't mean there isn't the occasional gem, the proverbial diamond in the rough.

Note: I'm posting this in the religion section, but it could just as easily fit into Philosophy, or Yahoo answers specifically. I figure I'll get the biggest amount of trolling here though.

Perhaps, for the sake of easier speculation of the theoretical, I should say "if there were no belief in God".

Though the answer to the main question is obvious, please take your time and think before you answer others. I'll read all the answers, no matter how long they are, so there's no need to rush.

Additional Questions:
What would you do if nobody believed in God?
What is your idea of a perfect society?
How would you define right and wrong without a God?

These are not rhetorical questions - I am just curious to hear what Atheists say about this. (I already know what christians say, and though I agree with the christians, I just want some views from the opposite perspective.)
Atheists, thank you for your time.

If God had made it more clearer, we would not have so many religion and cults that would have their own version and interpretation, be it right or wrong.

For all which is not right is wrong, all which is not wrong is right;
all which is right is wrong; all which is wrong is right.-Exousia Skotos

The proof is in the Bible's creator. Perfection is man's imperfection. For man ate the forbidden fruit and possessed God's knowledge. However Eve and Adam disobeyed God (sinned) before eating the forbidden fruit (sin). God made us all in his image. Thus our God is Satan. The bible is a labyrinth, labyrinth solved.

Man can never know he can never be right.- the Bible
For evil must never see it's own reflection.-SinnersKillingsinners
I am the shadow of love, love is death and I've been loved.-Exousia Skotos -Sinners belong in hell, it's their home.

Qa'na is a holy place where Jesus performed his first miracle, and previously, just days before middle east cease fire, Israel has been bombing on the holy place Qa'na. Israel has fired many many bombs on Qa'na (the holy place of christians). Why are Christians Quite on this, their holy place is been destroyed by Israel and so is thier religion!
USA is a Christian country and it is too supporting the Israel Bombing on qa'na (the holy place).
Are Christians not worried about their Holy places where jesus has stayed or has performed his firs miracle? or are they not worried about their religion?

I was just noticing how agnostics and atheists are always answering questions that are asked of the other. Kinda put a smile on my face.
It seems they have the best relationship between two different faiths (or lack thereof), you might even say they are slightly related or overlap...
High levels of tolerance perhaps?

I'm about to start a job, I'm really a second shift person, but I'm willing to work first whichi s what is immediately available. My friend and I have talked about how the mornings however go by really fast, is there any scientific evidence of any part of the day giong by the fastest to humans? I would assume because in the morning you are in tip top shape, everything seemingly goes by fastest. As I said, I'm not a morning person but i'm in debt. Should I hold out for a second shift position which seems comfortable, wake up at 2 and be @ work by 3 to be home by midnight, or should I wake up with my parents each morning, eat breakfast with them (i'm also like suicidally depressed in the mornings) but after the first breakfast look forward to a quikly passing day. I also have anxiety problems which could factor into this, and so i'm getting a predictable factory job as suggest in a previous post, what do you think? Spiritualists are good people so i'll post it here.

If he is a completely independent being nothing would affect him (prayers, humans, etc). If he is a dependant being he changes depending on what is affecting him.

Seems to me an independent God inherently could not exist, and a dependent God is no real God.

Seriously I mean no disrepect and I am a Catholic American. Many members of my family have fought for and yes died for our country. There is no other country in which I would rather live but I do wonder. We have strayed so far from our ideals, from our founding fathers plans, and from all that is moral and good. We do fit many of the descriptions given. I once heard a Homily a sermon if you prefer that term where a priest stated that America had gotten so bad that he felt God might need to apologize to Sodom and Gommorah on Judgement day if He let us continue in our wickedness. How do you feel about this?

Well, not entirely right. After all, Gaea can't have created the entirety of the universe if Odin or someone else did it, but what if all the BC gods are the real ones, and they're kind of miffed that they've been deprived of their ancient powers by the might of Jesus, a man who opened the floodgates to the netherworld, absorbing all of its powers?!?

... ... well then I guess for all intents and purposes that's just athiesm. Guess there was no point to the question. I guess the end all is, "how much did this question offend or annoy you?"
