Everyone would get along if we didn't worry so much about the beliefs of others. But, we can't ever have ALL people getting along because there will always be bad people who don't care about others. We can do our best to help those bad people realize their fault...if the good (who I really do think are in the majority) would join together to go against those who really are bad...then we would, for the most part, get along and not worry about petty details like race and religion.

People will only get along when they learn to accept each other unconditionally. This means not wanting to change them. This means not thinking one is superior to the other. When people can disagree and still smile at each other with out raising voices, hands, or weapons. When everyone has the free will to know there is one superior to all, and not be condemned for believing differently than others. I don’t think we will all get along until we see paradise/heaven.

Nothing. Because we are all different, and because we are all different, there will always be disagreements. Anyway, can't have one without the other. By that I mean, How would you know we aren't getting along unless you have experienced people getting along. vice versa. How would you know you were getting along with someone if you had never experienced the opposite. Good cannot exist without bad, well fed without hunger, enlightenment without despair, and so on and so on.

People to get tolerant over their brothers and sisters. Tolerance and respect for other's beliefs. The problem is, even if some are tolerant, other bigots dont even accept the mere existence of others that doesnt share their beliefs. So there you go, war is part of being human.

Nothing, but hypothetically:

All societies either have no religion, or have the exact same interpretation of the same one.

There is no currency: all are equals.

Everyone has the same culture.

There's more, but you get the point. You would have to remove everything that people can find a way to fight about.

It can't be done.

Gee, all I could think of is a B.B.Q. Ribs, Steak, Chicken, whatever you fancy, when I'm hungry I don't think about anything else when the Barbi's going, that would be a great bash, throw in a lot of humour and voila...bring in the plates everyone wants that I'm sure, and very do-able. Gee's wishful thinking anyway, so I'll remain hopeful and positive. Wonder what kind of bridges will be built in our future though...in the meanwhile, thanks for asking, I enjoyed sharing :-)

All people? NOTHING will make them get along.

Part of the people? A REAL desire for peace.

Islamo-facists will not get along no matter what you or anyone else does. They follow their Koran and Mohammed, which explains their hate and murderous actions.

Following what Jesus said. Lover others as you would love yourself. If love means to hurt yourself then the other people are doing what their being told. If you bathe yourself and feed yourself then you should do the same for others that can't do that daily chore. without grumbling 'cause I don't grumble when I have to feed myself.

When they get rid of religion. A recent question on this forum asked whether religion was the cause of all wars. It is not, but it is the cause of enough of them, and associated misery, that we will be better off when we drop the superstitious nonsense.

When people start using rational thought, and pure logic to make their everyday decisions. Making decisions based on emotion, and unfounded beliefs is the greatest problem in our society.
