Oh my! Such bitter answers! I was just asking a question.
I'm not an anti-everything Christian. I don't think I'm better than the world. I'm not anti-gay, anti-abortion, and I'm not pushy with religion. Don't stereotype me and I wont sterotype you.

I'm just curious, because before I became a Christian I was a Pagan, and I thought that when I told a Christian about Paganism it was like 'freeing them' from such a hateful religion.
Now I don't see it that way anymore as I've made my own decision to follow Christ and the teachings of the Bible.

I wouldn't know, because I'm not athiest. I am wiccan, and I have never in my life tried to tell someone that their belief is wrong. NOONE should ever have to be told or tell someone else that their personal beliefs are wrong. Thats why they're called beliefs, not facts. To each his own. Anyway, if we were all the same, it would be sooooooo boring.

I feel sort of bad since they had such hopes of an life after death, which is why I usually let them believe what they want. I feel that atheism will get them nowhere, and that their belief will make them a happier person. I am unable to lie to myself though, so I have to face what I feel to be the truth :-)

"i should ask you what the hell makes u think that u r better than every other person do we challenge your belief

why challenge ours? we say there is no god and that is our belife yours is that there is a god and my question to you is WHY IS IT THAT I CANT GO OUTSIDE MY HOUSE WITHOUT HAVING A STUPID WAR OVER RELIGON IF THERE WAS A REASL GOD WOULDED HE HAVE STOPPED THE WAR BY NOW?"

If there was a real god, it would have enabled this person to use the spell check option and caps lock button properly...

i think its comical ... no sad ... that atheists feel such a need to tell everyone the "truth". I mean, we as christians have found hope and answers that are very real in the "now" ... atheists on the other hand proclaim to have it all figured out, but my question to them is "what?" what do they have figured out? is it bringing hope and answers to the world now? the answer to those questions i think is a resounding "NO" .. and the only answer and idea they have is that the worlds problems are caused by a certain group of people namely christians ... and the belief and people need to be stamped out ... it kinda rings a bell about some guy named hitler and numerous accounts of genocide throughout history.... i'll pass on the atheism thankyou :)

In so many cases, religion has created more problems than it has solved. I'm not actually an athiest, because I don't know what is true, so I cannot say that there is no god with absolute certainty. However, I cannot say there IS a god either.

So, if there is any sense of accomplishment, it's when people discuss the unknown with me and I'm able to share my opinions.

Opinions--that's all religion is anyways. If god is real or not, lets all try to believe what we believe and let disagreements slide.

I don't try to turn somebody over to my belief (Atheist) Why would I bother trying, or get a sense of accomplishment out of it.I do not have to save "souls" So in real live when I talk about religion or not I either say" Sorry, I don't belief in a god" With some people that starts a discussion, most of them good, and those people show me not all Christians or whatever religion they are, are fanatics; and from the overzealous ones I usually walk away, feeling sorry for them.

I had already researched into the Catholic Church conspiracies, etc etc and became into careful on the time. The day i found out i did no longer have confidence in God, i became into at a school mass (i became into sixteen) and that i spent the whole hour with tears in my eyes, looking around at all and sundry I knew deep with their heads in prayer, like they have been hypnotized in a non secular cult. i had to scream, shout yet i ought to undergo to disillusioned them. possibly there's a God, i do no longer think of so yet returned i'm grateful for being an Atheist as a results of fact I appriciate life so lots extra and comprehend ever different species and marvel on the surprising thing pertaining to to the international that has no longer been destroyed yet. i feel sad that so many people are manipulated by a devious and ambitious elite.and that so many have been decieved by lies or have died for a false god.

the Gods are real enough ,we would not exist if it wasnt for the Earth(Gaia),the Sun (Baal) and The Moon (Isis)
and they can be seen and experienced every day.

the story of Jesus was based on the story of Horus and Osiris ,and this was a symbolic representation of the life cycle of the Sun .
its purpose was to transform Paganism to the Islamic and Christian religions

the religion was based on the humanized story ,of these cosmic bodies and their events,by the descendants (illuminati)of the Anunnaki ,who was know as the creator but who was not a God ,but no more than a learned refugee from Mars before it was knocked out of Orbit

the Illuminati used this religion to manipulate, the Adams race, which was created by the Anunnaki (through genetic engineering and cloning)to mine gold for them ,and to this day controls this race(most of us)descendants.

over the eons the symbolism was totaly lost .
the myth was strengthened by continues application of false information
(i.e Leonardi da Vinci ,was one of many, and the shroud of Turin is such an example, as was the da Vinci code, humanizing the legend)

so that by now Jesus has become a real person .
however no one ever could agree on what he should look like.

and over the centuries, artists have made up several accepted versions. of the greatest con in all of Human history

Todays seats of the Illuminati are the bilderberg group, the Round table ,U.N,the Club of Rome(Vatican).
and these control the world through war and finance.
they always have done so
and their method has been by dividing Humanity in to religious, cultural ,and political oposing groups ,which are then set against one an other
the New World Order (continued from Hitler) is their baby,
Bush and Blair are their present marionettes.

as al USA presidents have been (34 of them are related to Charles the great and Charlemagne,)the leaders of this world have always been, more or less one clan, including the Roman and even Chinese Emperors ,the Pharoes, the Popes,as far back as the kings of Babylonia.

In a way. But just because a person becomes atheist doesn't mean I have any more respect for them. There are some conservative atheists who I want nothing to do with. It's not a person's belief that dictates how I feel about them, it's how a person interacts with other people.

un-like the Jehova's who try to impose their religion on others, if I am having a religious discussion with someone and I state that which I feel is true and that is merely it. I have no intentions of swaying anyone and if someone finds guidance and strngth through religion then good for them. my beliefs are based upon what I am able to see, touch, feel and live through, not on a persons or group of persons INTERPRETATION of a book. but like I said if it helps someone then thats all good, some people need to look elsewhere for strength, I find it within myself.

I just let them believe in God. If it makes them happy, I don't want to take that away. It would be like telling a child Santa is fake, but on a larger scale.
