1 Samuel 2:8, Job 37:3, Isaiah 11:12, and Revelations 7:1
all say the Bible has edges and corners or that it is resting on pillars, if it was talking figuratively then it was doing so at a time period when people thought it was the truth this is not a very smart move on God's part, this also would mean that the Bible is not 100% literal, something creationists hate to say.
Daniel 4:10-11 and Matthew 6:13 wouL both be physicaLLy imposibLe unless the earth is either flat or clear

I've heard that after WWII the vatican kept religious artifacts that belong to the time of Aaron the priest. The same ones the old testament mentions Aaron used in the altar.

Since Darwin made his statement of his evolution theory, science has proved squat. Scientists are as baffled by the theory of evolution today as when Darwin made the statement. More and more scientists are actually starting to believe in God or some higher form of life that designed the universe and everything in it because of the complexity of everything and how well everything works together that they can not explain. Bible prophecy has been proven through secular and historical means. Hundreds of years in advance certain cities were fortold that they would be destroyed and never again be inhabited, Babylon for instance to this day it lies in ruins as well as many other cities, there are people living all around where Babylon was, so why hasn't it been rebuilt, other ancient cities still exist.

Is this true? Can you explain to me why. Oh, and since you are sola scriptura people, can you give me a "proof."

It seems to me that a true Atheist would not waste time debating the existence of God or ridiculing theists. Aren't these atheists really more obnoxious than those they criticize? It makes me wonder if they are merely rebelling and need to rip on the the religious to inforce their belief that there is no God.

I have never been a practising Christian, except when I was younger, but that was due to older relatives making me go to Church. I do have my own beliefs (I believe in a higher power, just not sure what/who it is; I believe in birth control and, under certain circumstances, abortion; I DON'T believe that you can be a horrible person and do terrible things, then on your death bed ask for forgiveness and go to a better place when you die; as for Heaven and Hell...I am somewhat unsure about this. I think that life is aleady hellish at times, and if you can make it thru everything that is thrown at you without screwing up too badly then you get to go onto a better place, and if not then you have to come back and try it all again (so obviously I believe in reincarnation also.) My main reason for asking this question is that I have children and I understand that having at least some type of beliefs will help them decide what they choose to believe when they get older. Thanks.

Let’s assume a massive asteroid strikes Earth, exterminating all life and evaporating the planet in the process. Humanity no longer exists, Earth no longer exists, all life as we know it has gone for good.

Religious believers, I assume you will believe that all humans have now ended up in Heaven, Hell, Purgatory or Limbo, and such like. The universe still exists, with billions and billions of stars and planets, it’s only all life on Earth that has been snuffed out.

What do you think God will do next, now that humans have left the universe? Close up the universe as it’s a waste of time and space? Create a new Adam and Eve on another planet in another solar system to get the ball rolling again? Write a new Bible for another species on another planet?

Perhaps God will think “Wow, what a bunch of useless religious idiots I created down there, better change the formula next time around and see if I can do better”

What do you think God will do next?

When God beathed life into Adam did He breath a religion in the package or was it just life and God's reality?

Dinosaurs are a hoax and are lies. Why you created myths about these non-existant creatures. The world is not that old. '''READ YOUR BIBLE.''' Anybody who reverts this back to the filthy lies and nonsense before this will rot in [[Hell]]. You talk about the fossils of dinosaurs--they are actually the bones of the fallen demons who were kicked out of heaven.Why--you found their age more than 6000 years by Carbon-Dating? It's obvious. Study Einstein's Special Relativity. It's the TIME DILATION effect. The fallen demons came from far away distance to the earth to make that effect effective. Who do you think [[God]] favours? Me, protecting the cherished Truth, or you posting false lies to defame [[God]]? He will PUNISH you and reward me with a place in his Kingdom. You will go to [[Hell]] if you continue to revert to the lies of so-called scientists. Don't believe these liars.

When supporting intollerance against, for example, gays, you guys talk a big game about following the rules of the bible. How many of you keep the Sabbath? (Wich is one of the 10 commandments, by the way.)

I am wanting to write to some different organizations to find out more information about their organization. Things like beliefs, customs, rituals, and rules (if any) are some of the info wanted. I hope to contact as many as possible. Any information or address lists you could provide or help me find would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

my question was why do you bash religion's? cant we agree that any religion that teaches living a good life without gile twards others is a good thing the answer i got was
Hey I agree with you religion bashing is wrong. to state your opinion or the opinion of God with backup of His words is one thing but to bash and hate goes against the grain of God Himself. If I don't agree with some other religion I state why and where I got the knowledge and leave it for others to discern..I do not agree with the mormos for they treach God is in heaven with a wife making baby spirits and that makes God not only a sinner but an adulterer. Just because they believe in paligamy does not make it right and definetly not right to consider God to be a paligamist or adulterer. The first I learned from watching news and listening to my pastor the second I learned first hand when I considered becoming a mormon and I was given a book I should not have had until I had been indoctrined into the church
