In order to be saved does a priest have to baptise you? And if you are baptised and try not to sin then will you go to heaven?

What if that same priest who baptised you is later sent to jail for raping altar boys? Are you still considered saved? Or should you take another dip in the pool just to be on the safe side?

Would god recognize a baptism done by a raping priest?

Here are some of the disgusting things Christendom has done:

Christ taught his disciples to love one another. Christendom has waged and continues to wage war.

Christ said that his true followers are no part of this world. In most of Christendom churches you can find the most greedy person, child abusers, and grossly immoral ones.

Christ taught his disciples to pray for God’s name to be sanctified. He taught people God’s name. ( Matthew 6:9; John 17:6) Christendom has erased God’s name—Jehovah—in most of their Bibles. They have substituted that name for the titles ‘God’ or ‘Lord’.

So, what would God and Christ do with Christendom? Any answer from your own Bibles?

Whenever I read a question about God I always want to rant and rave about evolution making sense, but none of the questions ask that directly so . . . here you go. Tell me everything that makes you a Christian and I will award the best answer to someone who doesn't make spelling mistakes and sounds rational and intelligent.

I don't beleive in god because the idea of an invisible, perfect being that created all of us makes no sense. Evolution has holes in it also, but on the whole it tends to make sense and not contradict itself. Bible quotes will also not sway me. I could write a book that says the sky is pink and say it was written by god, but that doesn't make it true. I also will not accept links to websites. I want to hear from YOU. Please tell me why you believe what you believe in a coherent fashion. Thank you.

"The Quran or the Hadith do not talk about Muhammad loving Allah or Allah loving Muhammad. Muhammad's position was one of a slave empowered by his master's authority. Jesus described his relationship with God as a son to a father. This was a relationship of mutual love."
1) You lie blatantly as the Quran and Hadith are full of things which state, and give examples of, Muhammad SAW as being Allah's beloved (habib)- and Muhammad SAW having love for Allah & this is why he devoted his life to Allah. Allah bestowed many favours on Muhammad SAW & told him that as we've been taught the kalima, no Muslim would say Allah's name without saying Muhammad SAW's also (I testify there is no God but Allah and Muhammad SAW is His Messenger". Being a slave is no bad thing- unless ur arrogant & cant cope with the idea

2) Jesus PBUH didnt say that. Jesus PBUH was a slave of Allah also- a Prophet. The trinity ou believe in says god is his own son-ridiculous. You no it doesnt make sense.

the signs of the times are culminating to the end, but the world will end in stages. right after the Rapture, the world will start to end. Jesus said in Matthew 24:3-8 that when there are "wars, rumors of wars, nations against nations, kingdoms against kingdoms, famines, pestilences, earthquakes; beginning of all sorrows but the end is not yet." the signs show the Rapture is about to happen. the heat waves throughout the U.S. recently, temperature ranges in the 100s. what about the 2005 Hurricane Season? record-breaking--Katrina for instance. major earthquakes, major 2004 tsunami, eruptions. sure, we say "the end is near." although no one knows the exact moment when it will end (except God the Father - Matthew 24:36). Israel fighting wars, Iraq fighting, the whole Middle East fighting.

yes, people have made it a "boy cried wolf" situtation. PRETTY SOON THOUGH, THAT WOLF IS ABOUT TO BITE THE NONBELIEVERS IN CHRIST IN THE REAR-END. you can all laugh and joke--for now.

Exactly why is it that when someone says something that certain Christians disagree with they roll out the..'As a true Christian' card. Do you consider other people, who disagree with your position, to be false Christians? What’s your secret? What makes you so perfect? What makes you a true Christian as opposed to a false one?
