You will be free from doubt. If you know the truth about the world around you, you are less likely to mistakenly prejudge situations or people. You can go through life with a clear mind, knowing that what you see and hear is truth and not having to deal with sorting out fact from fiction. Plus, living in lies and deceit inspires fear, so if you know the truth, you are free from fear as well.

I think that everyone has the option to free people through the truth. If every person in this world could be completely honest, we would all be free of fear and doubt. I don't see how that is possible though. There are always some people in the world who find it necessary to lie about something and end up with bad reputations and "trap" the honest ones in discomfort and doubt.

Jesus and God cannot free you by letting you know the truth. They can guarantee a suitable life in heaven if you choose to believe the truth, but it's part of our duty as good Christians in God's world to be honest. We tell the truth, then we are free of guilt, and others can trust us and be free of doubt. If only everyone could be as flawless and honest as God had expected.

Jesus said he was the truth which in turn means that He sets you free from whatever may be holding you back from experiencing life to its fullest. Whatever problem you may have in life whether it is addictions, rebellion, fears, worries, doubts, - Jesus is able to help you with every issue that is out there. Anything that is not healthy for mind, soul, spirit and body - Jesus can correct it. All you need to do is to recognize that issue and that way we do that is by knowing there is a God. And he is the one who turns the light inside of our heads and takes the scales off our eyes so that we can see those particular issues that we have problems with for what they truly are - hindurances that is keeping us away from God. Once we see that truth and know that Jesus is the only one who can set us free from that - our soul and spirit will be living in freedom.

The truth is like a shield, from this we venture forth knowing that we are strong and unafraid of anything. I can even say that I do NOT fear death what so ever. I am bold not arrogant. This truth also gives a wisdom beyond words. Inner peace is also a measurement of truth. All this can be yours if the choice is right.
This is real freedom.

This freedom is not the kind that men hope for when they reject one ruler or one form of government in favor of another. Instead, this freedom gets right to the core of human problems. What Jesus was discussing was freedom from bondage to sin. (John 8:24, 34-36) Thus, if a person becomes a true disciple of Jesus Christ, he experiences a notable change in his life, a liberation!

This does not mean that at present true Christians no longer feel the effects of the inborn tendency toward sinful conduct. Since they have inherited sin, they still have a struggle because of it. (Romans 7:21-25) If a person really lives in harmony with Jesus’ teachings, however, he will no longer be a slave to sin. No longer will sin be to him like a dictator who gives him orders that he must blindly obey. He will not be trapped in a way of life that lacks purpose and that leaves him with a bad conscience. He will enjoy a clean conscience before God because past sins have been forgiven on the basis of his faith in the sacrifice of Christ. Sinful inclinations may try to assert themselves, but when he refuses to act on them because he calls to mind the clean teachings of Christ, he shows that sin is no longer his master.

Consider the freedoms we enjoy as Christians. We have been liberated from the effects of false teachings, from bondage to superstition, and from servitude to sin. The grand truths about the condition of the dead and the resurrection have freed us from unreasoning fear of death. Knowledge that imperfect human governments will soon be replaced by God’s righteous Kingdom frees us from hopelessness. (Daniel 2:44; Matthew 6:10) However, such freedom does not justify disrespect for governmental authorities and their laws.

Free from addictions; free from confusion; free from slavery to the opinions and demands of others, Free to be able to do things that we couldn't otherwise do, that are positive and constructive. It is God who is the Source of all good things,,, but we are limited, and we get confused and mess things up, in sinning we destroy things and people,,, but Jesus died for us and rose again, to forgive us and reconcile us to God so that we can overcome all of that negativity and destruction,,, being renewed in Him.... isn't that amazing, and awesome???
