Out of the more than 4,200 religions in the world, what’s so special about Christianity? Who’s to say that Zeus or Muhammad isn’t God? Or what about Allah, is he for real? (1) Christianity is unique because of its God. God is all-knowing, all-loving, all-seeing, and most importantly: God is living, after all the other deities of other religions have passed on and died. 1 Thessalonians 1:9 calls God “the living and true God” and Hebrews 10:31 shows how “it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of a living God.” Clearly, He is the only God, and He always will be. (2) The Bible, the Book of Christianity, has survived a greater duration of time than any other religious book: two millennia and currently more than six billion in circulation! (3) Jesus. Did the deities of any other religion die to cleanse sins? Not that I recall. God, in the form of Jesus, in effect, was able to kill Himself! Not only that, but He was able to bring Himself back to life! No other deities did that!
