I found out when joseph died like a dumb *** or if he did at that time and really get shot lol. Well that joseph smith did not finish the book of mormon as what you see today infact the book was a whole different color at the time. Remember joseph smith told martin harris so they say that you must never look upon it only i can translate it cause see if one of his people would read it like they surely did from the pearl of great price not called that at the time would surely find it to be the same book if one who could translate it would understand it was from the book of the dead and not about father abraham at all.

consider this...everything we buy has some sort of barcode or "made in China" imprint so we know where it's from. My point is that I feel that God "planted a seed" in our hearts so we know he made us. I think that is why so many people are spiritual, because it is who we are, and I think its hard to deny it. My Priestess is amazing. I adore her. However, I am confused by her teachings that there is no evil because nature must keep a balance. Therefore, death isn’t ever caused by evil. I agree with this in the animal/nature world. However, this doesn’t apply in the human world. If there must be a balance, which is what we are taught and one of the foundations of Wicca, then evil must exist for good to exist. Right?

If I say I am intelligent, it relates to my personal experience, If you say I am intelligent then it relates to your experience. If a large number of people claim I am intelligent, then it is only in comparison to my peer group that I am intelligent.
If we had some primates and one declared the other intelligent, we as humans would laugh at them, right?
How can we decide who is really intelligent, Isn't there some way to really know???

If you're a Christian, do you have trouble with the idea of eternal suffering in Hell? That is the one Biblical thing I really get hung up on. I can understand the necessity or justice of such punishment for folks like Hitler, but for others who just didn't accept Christ? I am not questioning God's judgment, but WOW. This one is a tough one for me. Are you a Christian who has the same difficulty? Or are you a Christian who has resolved this issue in your mind?

as in, why do they say scientific discoveries that help man live long, cure disease are gifts from God and are good, when most of the scientific community believes things which are offensive to Christian fundamentalists, like green house effect, evolution of the species, the fact that dinosaurs lived millions of years before man was on the scene, the study of far away galaxies, the earth being round and revolving around the sun, etc.
And why do they believe that scientists are in a vast conspiracy against Christianity if they also give us so many "blessings" soley due to the study of science?
