I see a lot of opinions of evolution, either claiming its 100% false or 100% true.

I'd say its the best theory we have with the evidence we have. With 10 skulls that morph from ape to man, with similar species on different continents, and with micro-evolution in play everyday...it explains a lot.

BUT

It does NOT explain everything. Its not hard to imagine some amino acids joining to make a protein or two...but to eventually become SO complex! That's hard to believe, even by Darwin's admission.

So, lets not claim one or the other as fact...but merely accept it as the best explanation so far with the evidence that we have. When more becomes available, we can adjust our thoughts.

ok... my sister is in a lot of trouble for likeing and hangin out with the well lets just say the "wrong" crowd. she has been changed sooo much since she has been in highschool, for the worse. And she lies to my parents like it's nothing and she didn't tell them about her last boyfriend and she would get in sooooo much more trouble if they knew, but it's her buisness and she tells them all the time that she didn't date him,
but i think i should tell them cuz i just feel like i'm lying to them when i don't tell them what's goin on.
I want to tell them cuz i feel bad by not saying anything, but she's my sister, and i love her and if mom and dad find out she'll be in soooooooo much trouble, but she knew that and still went aginst mom and dad's wishes and disobeyed them and dated Emanuel.

I am just wondering what you would do if A man with a long beard and a sheet dress came here and claimed that he was jesus and was the son of god. I am not trying to offend any one but My friends mom asked me this and i am just passing it on.

I'm not being "smart", I would like a practical answer. Go a head and sell it to me. This doesn't mean I don't believe in god, but what about all the rituals and the killings of each other in their religious beliefs?

I was thinking of setting up a (free of course) Christian women's bible study. In your opinion, would this be something of interest? As a Christian, would you join? Would you be interested in being a leader? In holding a bible study or being in charge of a bible study?

I'm curious as to how many women would be interested.

Thanks in advance for you input!

i've noticed that christianity/christians and islam/muslims are always getting attacked on this website and no one attacks judaism/jews. it's not as if they don't do things. are people just scared of them or is it because you are immediately labelled an anti-semitist if you say anything against them? or is it because their extensive campaining in the press has brainwashed people?

A.
"Everyone who is seriously interested in the pursuit of science becomes convinced that a spirit is manifest in the laws of the universe—a spirit vastly superior to man, and one in the face of which our modest powers must feel humble."-Albert Einstein

B.
"To suppose that the eye, with all its inimitable contrivances for adjusting the focus to different distances, for admitting different amounts of light, and for the correction of spherical and chromatic aberration, could have been formed by natural selection, seems, I freely confess, absurd in the highest possible degree." (The Origin of Species, Chapter 6).-Charles Darwin

I have noticed from my observation of the human race that most humans are rude. The women want money, and not true love. But not all. Some dont have a leader. They think for themselves. Some wish they could fly in my airship. Most humans leaders are either Jesus or themself. Some are very mean to eachother, and some are very kind. Some look different, and some look alike. Some look real, and some look like cartoon images. Why is this? Thanks You Earthlings.

Non-christians constantly bring up crimes and wrong doings within religion... Christians constantly agree, yes, those things happened, no we do not condone those actions nor does our Bible teach those things... but they never seem to like the answer...
Non-Christians ask us for evidence, we provide it, and its never enough.
Non-Christians always ask "Do you think is going to Hell because they dont believe the way YOU do?" and we always answer that salvation is through Jesus, not through "our" belief... but thats not enough.

You all know the answers to the questions you post 100 times a day so what is it you really want?

(If you dont have a chip on your shoulder against Christians, this question obviously is not directed towards you)

Since nobody is perfect, will we all go to Heaven? We've all sinned, so will killing someone, stealing, cheating, etc... mean that I can still get in??

After all we are only human and obviously we make mistakes. Plus, although I know the Bible is the word of God it was still technically written by man so maybe they got it wrong. I've heard that the King James Bible is different from most because he changed it to what he wanted people to believe. What do you think?

Many hospitals in the United States have religious names (not all of them). In the past I have been told that these hospitals were operated and maintained and managed by religious groups (thus the reason for the name) and that other hospitals were usually maintained by the community and some were private. Today it seems that all the hospitals are run by corporations (both of the one's in my birthtown are). With many of the Catholic hospitals the nuns or whoever are still very much a part of the hospitals (St. Mary's here still has the sisters of St. Mary and at Mercy in Oklahoma City the Sisters of Mercy are still there, but do not maintain, operate, or manage the hospital it's done by a corporation). So what about the other hospitals with names like Baptist, Presbyterian, Methodist, Lutheran, etc, etc, etc. Do the religions still have some part in those hospitals? What part/role do they have? Today, is there a difference between the 'religious' named and nonreligious named hospitals?

So much has been talked about this subject. I don't know if its true. If the child was a male, and since Jesus is God, would the child be also called, the Son of God? If a female, what would you call her, the Daughter of God or _____?

Is it a coincedent that the God of Christianity is (no-offense) potrayed as white and all the ancient scripts that predate the bible by thousands of years are rejcted as myths! Why? Egyptians,Mayan,Aztecs,Olmecs,Hopi indians,Dogons,Babylions,Sumerians,Shango,Hinduism. All of these society existed way before the christian era or the (no-offense) white man. A lot of these society have your flood story and your creation story but they are rejected as myths Why? The Bible story is no more valid then the ancient ones stories as a matter of fact some of the ancient story make more sense. Please People if you really want the truth do some research! The KJV has only been around for about 500 years! But the ancient ones story been around for thousands of years! Is it because these society was people of color? Naaaaaaaaah that crazy! Right??

The reason their are Christian 'bashers' are not because we don't like their way. It is because they are telling us their way is the right way and ours are wrong. We did nothing to them and yet they critisize us, and say they are not critical, they are only concerned for the error of our souls.
