I live in atlanta but I feel that I should be some place else, with more open minded people. I am always broke or never can find what I want here. Or everything just doesn't feel right sometimes for me. Although my parents moved here when I was young. I just went to school as a teenager and moved away to college as an adult. I can never find decent people to mingle with or decent job. Is the place a bad fung sheui or is it just me lol. Be nice :D

I live in a painfully small town where the only recreation is to eat at the latest restaurant that opened in town. It's a farming community where there is really no industry. the majority of the jobs are food service and retail. The only thing to look forward to is the annual fairs that come into town, oh and the circus. At night, the only recreation is to go one of local bars and get plastered. I've been led to believe by some people I've talked to over the years that this is considered a "nice, safe, and quiet" life. But, it also strikes me as boring. I'm not saying that I would prefer a hectic, noisy, dangerous big city. But it would be nice to see some diversity in how people live their lives. Not everyone wants to live a life of PTA meetings, soccer games, and backyard barbecues. Am I being naive or does anyone share this opinion?

to me, it is like not so good. I mean it's better than a 5 or 6, but it's not like highly complimentary. I know it sounds trite but I also know that appearance is so so important in life. People lie and pretend like it isn't but so many people are hypocrites and seem to talk out of both sides of their mouths. Does anyone else also feel this way?

today at work i asked this guy ,iam acquintances as well as cowrkers with to help me out with these rolls of silverware i was carrying , i had no energy so thats why i asked him for help, he grabbed all the silverware but when he grabbed the silverware i felt his hands touching my private area..i dont know if he noticed he had touched me there while trying to grab silverware but it kind of tickled but it was weird, boys do you think he did it on purpose?

As the story goes, I married a wonderful man. I love him dearly and I believe he loves me. The plans are for me to move to Egypt with him. I am waiting on a passport and he had to go back home (Egypt) due to work purposes.
Here lately though we have been experiencing problems in our relationship.
He has these mood swings. One day he is so sweet and loving and then the next he is in such a bad mood and then starts arguments. I try not to argue back with him at all.
So when he gets like that I just leave him alone (something he told me to do). But that drives him crazy too. I get no telling how many phone calls and emails, wanting to know where I am at or why I am not online. He will tell me he loves me and such on.
He gets Sad, Happy, Mad, Happy, Sad...etc.. In that order.

If I talk about going seperate ways then he flips out and gives me this apology again and tells me he loves me. And tells me to never mention ending our relationship cuz we are together forever.

UGHHH!!!

There are many types of people out there. Those who want to know nothing about their future, those that want to nail down everything there is to know about what is going to happen to them in this life.

What interests me is those that want to know their future, what are their reasons, does it bring them some comfort, control, or a better life?

No offence-- help me separate fact from fiction-- I've heard that your wedding receptions are fairly small, inexpensive affairs often snacks served in a church basement without alcohol-- is this true? In New England and here in the Mid Atlantic, even a small wedding reception is over $10,000 and is held in a hotel convention hall so as you can see it was hard for me to imagine what I heard.

THis symbol was drawn in easily removed chalk in front of my friend's driveway. (her house is gated) I am a builder and have verified it is NOT any kind of utility marking. I was born without a middle name, and i am now 19, and able to legally change it.

I need a middle name that sounds good with my full name-and looks good with initials(N.W)-because I have no 'freakin' clue!!!

I am a college student who sometimes finds it hard to afford to pay for medical things I need (doctor visits, prescriptions, etc). It just makes me mad to see that people in prision who have often done some horrible things get all this world class medical care at no cost to them. Why should this happen when I've always tried to be a good person and they obviously haven't? A good example is from the movie Sicko when it is brought up that the terrorists in Guantanamo get numerous exams, mri's, and even surgery for free.
