Well, that depends on what you like to do best. If you are smart, then go to college and get into some high tech stuff, like computers, 3D graphics, engineering, stuff like that. If you like to meet people, then go into sales. I have done both, and it was stressful in each one. If you go into like Real Estate or sometnhing similar, you will have to work hard and a lot of stress, but the money is good. The other professions give benefits, etc., working for the Government, might be good.

hmm... How about pirating? It's big in China. lol Anyway, seriously I think somewhere in the field of Economics and/or Ecology. As both are vitally concerned with scarce resources, which, I think, this world doesn't really realize is scarce.

Depending on what you like most, which varies! I like and enjoy working in the educational sector, so I guess it's the best for me! I'm sure yours would be different, but it completes the the big picture!
