I still remember 9/11, watching television, fox news, CNN switching channels to channels, tears rolled down my mothers eyes, my 80 years old father stared at the television screen open mouth. Far away in India, when many members of our family were located in USA. I cannot forget the day.

but today , I ask every one, Have the world learnt something about that day, or have we neglected the incident and are the memeories fading away.

I think it is. Yes. America, the biggest economic power on earth. But really, some americans are making their dreams elsewhere on this earth. It has become a dream to make it in life, be it anywhere not just in America. It's everyone's dream to make it in life, not just in another country, but in their own country. What i'm trying to say is, just so that some of you understand. The American Dream is so yesterday. The UK is good, so are the Asian countries, like Singapore. Australia is good too. With hopes and dreams people go to countries to make it big. I'm just asking, if you think The American Dream is passe?

I am a ninth grader, and I go to a very diverse school. Most of the teachers are Christians, and they get annoyed if a kid uses Jesus's name in vain.
They will ask, sarcastically, "Are you praying?"
One teacher even made a student apologize to Jesus, although the student was an athiest.

Am I the only one who gets sick of this? I think teachers should just ignore it, and accept the fact that we don't all have the same beliefs.

The next time a teacher lectures me for using their lord's name in vain, I think I might just tell them I'm a Wiccan to shut them up.

What do you think of this all?

Today in english I was doing my homework and the two senior class tutors were behind us talking. They were talking kinda loud and I listened in. You expect AP students and tutors to be good kids, but these kids were talking about not telling their parents that they do drugs and stuff like that! Is it just me, or does almost the whole high school population smoke and do drugs? I'm only a freshman, and I'm scared!

I turn 26 in a few months. I dont want to leave my 20s without having thoroughly enjoyed it.

Is there anything you wished you had done when you were younger? Or anything you are glad that you did? You only go around once, and you have to make the most of it!!

Now, I'm sure many of you have encountered little shits in supermarkets. Little kids running about and knocking things over, being rude, walking all over their parents, you know the kind. But the worst are the biters. Yes, those little ***** that feel it is okay to bite you whenever they feel like it.

Okay /g/, here's the best part. A biter got me today when I was grocery stopping. He broke the ******* skin, too. This was when the gears started turning, the moment I saw a tiny sprickle of blood on the little ****'s teeth as he was grinning at me like the little **** he is. I made my eyes get wide, and started screaming "****! ****!". Now, my good friend, Tom we'll call him, was there too, and he instantly picked up on it. He started shouting "****! MAYBE HE DIDN'T GET IT! ****!". By now, the kid is scared shitless and starts crying, and instantly, Mizz Mom appears out of nowhere and starts getting pissy at us for yelling at her kid.

Here's the kicker, /g/, I look her straight in the eye and say, 'Mam, get your son tested as soon as possible, he just bit me and I'm... I'm ******* HIV POSITIVE.

And now there is silence. Not a peep in the entire store. The brat knows he just ****** up big time because his mom isn't defending his ***. She just stares at me wide eyed. I walk away from them, buy my **** from the wide eyed cashier, all the while blood is dripping from my calf, making a nice little trail on the floor. And, just s we leave, we start to hear the mother sobbing. Sobbing like the **** she is.

I have never felt any more satisfaction than the moment I heard that sob.

How is this all going to turn out? Will the DNA/Blood evidence found in a car rented by the McCanns 5 weeks(!) after Madeline's dissapearance hold up? Will the parents crack and admit to accidently over-sedating their daughter and hiding the baby (assuming this is the truth)? Or do you think the case will never be solved like the Ramsey case and the parents will always be under a cloud of suspicion?

(For all you parents: please don't ever leave young children asleep in a hotel room. If they wake up they'll be terrified and try to leave the room to look for you).

Just need to know which you think is classier. I personally like the pantyhose look because it makes my outfit feel complete. Bare is in but so many women really have crappy legs that it makes me wonder why it would be in.

I'm kind of depressed right now.

I enrolled in a 1 year cooking class at a community college, like a week before I started I realized that its really not what I want to do anymore. And like I've been thinking I don't mind sitting in a classroom and writing papers but I mean this there's just so much stress, you know you have to talk to people and I can't talk to people.

I'm thinking of maybe journalism but I know that involves communications and I'm a failure at that. I just feel like I'm going nowhere.

Nowadays everything seems to mostly be about business, and what you can do for someone, and people are judgemental, and try to achieve titles and just focus on that aspect of life. It seems like the humanity and "being a nice person" is totally alien and lost. At least in America.

It all seems to be about money, intellectualism.

It's kind of a bummer.

Is everyone out there shady, or are there normal people left who see how screwed up everything is?
