That would depend where you live.
For most of the USA it is the the first Sunday in November at 2:00 AM, which this year is Nov. 4, but there are those places like Arizona.

that's daylights rate reductions this nighttime. what i propose, to make it much less complicated, is to purely turn your clocks back an hour proper formerly you pass to mattress this nighttime. then once you wake interior the morning, they are going to be perfect.
