Just need to know which you think is classier. I personally like the pantyhose look because it makes my outfit feel complete. Bare is in but so many women really have crappy legs that it makes me wonder why it would be in.

I prefer bare. Panty hose look weird to me, but if you have ugly legs (for whatever reason, i doubt you do) wear them.

You have the right mind by knowing pantyhose makes your outfit complete. So to answer your question pantyhose are classier. For example, when there are 1001 women wearing a dress/skirt and only one is wearing pantyhose, that woman with look more professional and elegant than the 1000 women that are without pantyhose. Also know pantyhose will give you a polished look.
