I still remember 9/11, watching television, fox news, CNN switching channels to channels, tears rolled down my mothers eyes, my 80 years old father stared at the television screen open mouth. Far away in India, when many members of our family were located in USA. I cannot forget the day.

but today , I ask every one, Have the world learnt something about that day, or have we neglected the incident and are the memeories fading away.

I believe for those that lost friends and family that dreadful day, the memories are quite strong. For those that have no real connection, it is a moment in history that eventually will be as forgotten as the day Kennedy was shot. Have we learned anything? What are we to learn exactly? The world is a bad place sometimes. wicked, even evil. For awhile we were all flag wavers and United. Did being united help anything? Did it change anything? No, it didn't and so we go back to our daily lives and merely reflect on the day. 34

I think Bush has made it worse now, for our own people! Our troops are dying, for nothing! Why should this be so? But, as of now, I take my hat off to those who died on that tragic day.

May God bless their souls.
Amen.
