I'm kind of depressed right now.

I enrolled in a 1 year cooking class at a community college, like a week before I started I realized that its really not what I want to do anymore. And like I've been thinking I don't mind sitting in a classroom and writing papers but I mean this there's just so much stress, you know you have to talk to people and I can't talk to people.

I'm thinking of maybe journalism but I know that involves communications and I'm a failure at that. I just feel like I'm going nowhere.

The most important thing is to discover what is the Life. Life precedes every action. Life is what is moving within the action. Life precludes every action. Life "IS" and what happens in each moment does not change the Life one iota. Only "ideas" about the Life change. Depression is only mis-identifying with nonacceptance of what "IS". Life in you is what you are running away from and running towards!

First, establish what you want out of life, start with writing goals. SMART goals it's an acroynm, look it up. Then decide the things to you like, that involve no communication with others, unless you want to change that, if you don't know how go to a psychologist. Honestly stay with the cooking class and start to interact with people, start one on one and move up into a group. Group assignments can work wonders, they are solely based on communication. Life is full of communication your behavior, is somewhat Anti-social to me, check a doctor about it because I am not a doctor. Depression is making you feel as if your life is at a stand still, again I'm not a doctor go see one.
