Do you think that Roy Pearson is a racist? I do, and I'm black.
I feel that Roy Pearson is a black racist who used his professional position to terrorize the Asian owners of that dry cleaners. Today, I was so happy when I read in the news that not only did Roy Pearson lose the court case, but was ordered to pay the Chong's legal fees. I think Roy Pearson should pay the Chong's legal fees after all the stress he has put them through. What do you think? Do you think Roy Pearson did this out of racism? Tell me.

Have you ever encountered this? I'm 24, single, no kids, & I work my butt off to get by. I've been through a lot of bad financial situations & worked hard to pull myself out of them(in real life, I don't ilke talking about them b/c I'm afraid of looking "retarded" or like a charity case). But just because I don't have a kid, unmarried people my age(or younger) act like I'm naive, immature, & inexperienced just because I don't have a kid! Has anyone else encountered this? SO ANNOYING! Personally I think it's a lot scarier and harder to be homeless on the streets and pull yourself upward, than it is to have a kid...but the only reason I don't say that as a comeback to these condescending moms, is because I don't want to embarass myself and look "retarded" by admitting that I was homeless at one time. do they have to act that way? Why are they so narrowminded? I thought having kids was supposed to OPEN your mind to the world

Please send them THIS to consider as an alternative ---

Here's the BEST immigration plan: Spot checks of ALL employers to see if they have illegal aliens working for them. FIRST offense if they do: the workers are deported on the spot, and told they will face severe criminal charges if they return. And the employer is seriously fined. SECOND offense: Mandatory serious jail time for the employer.

We need to OUST (deport) every single ILLEGAL alien. Quickly and expeditiously.

And RESCIND any citizenship status for any children born in the USA **to** illegal aliens, with immediate deportation of them as well.

Once back in their homeland, former illegals then should have the opportunity to access the SAME means for seeking citizenship that others have. AFTER a 5-year-long penalty period imposed upon them for their having been in the USA illegally in the first place

I think it's Indiana. And also, my Grandmother used to have a rather tall wall cabinet which had a flour bin and funnel to it where she made delicious pies, etc. It too was called a hoosier. As an interior designer, I am coureous how BOTH got their name ?

We' re from Indiana and we call a vacuum a sweeper. My sis in law married a guy from Wisconsin. When she visited his family for the first time, she wanted to clean up for his mom while she was at work. She asked him, "Where's your mom's sweeper? I want to sweep the floors for her." So he went and got the broom. She said "No, not the broom, I want to sweep the carpets in here for your mom." He goes, "Sweep the CARPETS? What the hell are you talking about? Do you mean VACUUM the carpets? I'll get the vacuum." He had never heard the term "sweeper" before! LOL And he freaks out whenever he hears it! Now we jokingly argue all the time over whether it's a vacuum or a sweeper. LOL

on the matter of child support. In today's Chicago's Red Eye there was a story regarding the rapper 50 cent. The story is sighting that the mother of his 10 year old child is requesting a raise of the 25,000/per month she is already getting in support. Now before I start I do not have any kids and don't have a experience in childcare cost. However I do know that 25,000/PER MONTH is a lot of money for one child to support. My argument is one of an old Bill Cosby episode in which bill, insist that he and Claire were rich not the children. Basically 50 cent was not raised on 25,000/ per month and look how he turned out.....i now I am shooting myself in the foot, but that is a lot of legos......My co-worker comes from the respectable position that my child lives my lifestyle or better.....which is understandable. My feeling is that women with a high profile "situation" uses their children as a platinum credit card.....we would like the consensus of YA to give us a hand!!!!!

This is what I don't get. I love a racist joke, find them funny and who doesn't laugh at stereotypes. Does this mean I have a skinhead, a little tache and a white hood though (again another stereotupe lol). I dont care what a persons skin colour is, its more laughing at a persons culture. I'm English and I hear Irish jokes all the time and nothing is said about that - but just because an Indian or a Pakistani is black, jokes about them are classed as racist!?

Somebody tell me a joke about whites and I'll give you a mark out of ten lol
