not sure i've ever heard that one.

i would like to see on sale world-wide a anti-rape condom, that has a nasty sting in-store for the rapist, but they won't ever be sold anywhere other than South Africa.
i know i've tried to get hold of both a chasity-belt & the anti-rape device.
i was refused on the grounds of would you believe?
Human Rights, it would appear the ( would-be ) rapist has more rights than women trying to prevent the unimaginable happening to them!

Hah, not in the UK. But there's bound to be some right wing ultra Christian nutters in the USA that want it. Let's be fair, the US has every shade of nutjob in the world within it's borders.

And remember America welcomed the poor and huddled masses yearning to be free. An awful lot of those were the less useful elements of society, unable to get off the bottom rung of the ladder in Europe. So in essence, a large chunk of American population is descended from the detritus of Europe.

and what would the teenagers learn from this? no, I think such a device does more harm than good. teens need to learn responsibility for their actions, preventing them this opportunity to learn accomplishes little. They simply behave promiscuously when released from such a device at an older age.
