My husband and I are 80 and 76. We are still active but not able to maintain our home and yard and the upkeep of it inside or outside. We have been looking but am so afraid of making a big mistake. So, Spain banned being too skinny from the catwalk. Now, fat or so-called "healthy" models are being used more in fashion. This is the polar opposite of what was once considered accepted in the fashion world. However, obesity is a bigger problem and takes away more lives in America than anorexia. Instead of skinny models starving themselves or influencing girls to do so, obese models are promoting the idea that being fat is okay. Being obese is definitely not something that should be promoted. A little meat on your bones is okay, but if you weigh a significant amount of weight above average and you're a public figure, you are still not sending the right message. I'm I right? Does any one feel the same way?

So me and this other guy are having some disagreements. He makes way worse grades then I do and is failing everything in basic classes. I am a honors student and am making great grades. So I use his grades as a comeback and then he says, "well how many friends do you have? like 2?" He does have more friends than I do but what can I say back at him?

The USA committed the following during preindustrialization era:
1. used Chinese slaves to build the Transcontenental Railroad without labor rights
2. USA and Britain sold opium to China as an export for China's silk imports
3. USA rob other countries of its oil, while doing nothing for the foreign countries poor. USA support tyranical dictatorships to secure its oil needs
4. USA/Britain takes over Hong Kong so they can trade on Anglo Saxson rules. They don't respect China's affairs and value of keeping outsiders from mendling in internal affairs

And Now, USA is telling Afganistan to stop the opium trade? Mind your own F'king business. USA is arrogant. Also, USA tells China to stop the intellectual property violations? Get real, if you Americans don't like it, don't do business with China, but yet you do, I wonder why? Green Stuff. USA will sell USA secrets for a price because USA is the arrogant greedy bastard without morals, integrity, ethics, and virtues.

When people state obvious facts about me being shy, quiet, or not talking . . .

OR

ask why I'm shy, what should I say?

I never seem to have no comment to those people, but sometimes I think I should.

Like today, a boy randomly pulled my hoody attached to my jacket over my face.

I turned around and said, "meow!"

He replied, "you know people who say 'meow' are crazy, but people who hiss (like me) are insane?"

I didn't have nothing to say, but then he interupted my thoughts and added, "am I insane?"

I shrugged.

"Hey, you didn't answer my question," he reminded me.

"Maybe 'cause you're messing with me . . .," I said.

(I know that was a stupid answer, but I couldn't think of anything!)

And that's when the random conversation ended.

I just need help.

I already set my default phrase as "meow" because it's random and interesting!

1-u dont know in what conditions the pregnancy happened
2- either way u really dont care cause it doesnt matter u r so focus on oh it's killing it's killing that u dont go behind the scenes...ask any woman who had an abortion if it was a freaking day at the spa! every single one of them will tell u it is the hardest decision out there but u dont care...why would u? cause everything is jsut black and white...why not go and see what happened to the women instead of condeming them...u call us selfish!

Okay, so My boyfirends car is broken, and the shop quoted us over 800 dollars to get the car fixed (new brakes and roters). He has a 2001 Deawoo Leganza, he sunk a load of money in it last year for a new alternator. So I was thinking that maybe we should trade in his car (it has over 80 thousand miles on it) and get him a newer one (he said that he'd like a truck for work). I am curious as to what others would think and or do in this situation. Thanks.
