I don't know, but I'd laugh at cha...Pee Wee Herman! LOL! But how would covering your privates w/ a towel help? Wouldn't that but just as obvious? Maybe U could do it in an empty public bathroom...as long as nobody walks in... (*giggle*)

im not sure, but i think it is, i dont see y it shouldnt be illegal... it is illegal to drink in public and to spit on the sidewalk....
But i dont think its right to do it in public though,,, y would you want to do that in public though?
