why do they want to be women , and if they could would they really want to endore what we do every day what happen to its a mans world

It is theorized that early in the womb, the developing fetus's brain is at different stages, washed in hormones (estrogen or testosterone) that masculinize or feminize the brain. If, for some reason, the body of the fetus develops opposite to the gender the brain has been predisposed to, the person can grow up feeling as though they are one gender, but having the body of the opposite. Note, this is not limited to men.
Now here's where it gets tricky. Depending on WHEN the brain is washed by these hormones, people can have a homosexual predisposition, or a transgendered one. The mechanism behind this is still not very well understood, but the incongruence people feel is undeniable.
Try and Imagine if you woke up tomorrow and looked like a male version of yourself. How would you feel? This is how men who want to be women feel... just like you would if you had the wrong body.
Then there are men who are sexually aroused by the idea of dressing, looking or becoming women. This is an entirely different issue.

Because they are miserable being a man. It doesn't have anything to do with which sex has things easier. If they truly feel like they are supposed to be a woman nothing will make them happy until they have the surgery.

Why wouldn't they. Being a women is awesome, people buy you drinks, you get to dress up and feel pretty and still beat the boys at what they do.
