Hearing that U.S. population increased 50% since 1967 and that world population has nearly doubled in 60 years, do we sometimes think that it's not so bad that millions are killed in Darfur, that "ethnic cleansing" goes on, that abortions take place . . . as long as it doesn't affect us directly. Do we largely ignore these "Not In My Back Yard" events because we subconsciously worry about overpopulation? Ever think about that?

from a past question on America, most responses stressed on other nations being jealous because of all America had. which points me back to ignorance... I'm South African and i wouldnt move for ****. we're democratic as well, freedom of speech prevails and i am lucky to live in an age where i'm young black, female and have so much more than my parents had in the past. i have a great job, fiance... live in a home with clean running water, sanitation etc. i can party 'til 6 in the morning, enter any place without being thrown out. i can vote, i went to great, expensive private schools. i can choose to be any religion i want to be. i'm deeply rooted into my culture though. and i know where i'm from and who my fore fathers are/were. i'm not a prisoner in my own country and being 21 ans with such access to so many things... i dont see any reason why i should be intimidated or scared of America... f**k i'm living a perfectly normal life. So what makes America think other countries dont have

from the "science and mathematics' section, people use a more educated vocabulary and the misspellings aren't anywhere near what they are in other sections. Go to Physics if you want to feel stupid or even if you think you're so smart answering questions in Beauty and Style or home and garden. Not to insult those that answer there, I have, I am using that as an example, Harvard Physics- Community College Gardening.

Have you seen the movie "greace". my life and life of some others could be so much better. I could have so much happier life. But because of the jealosy and stupidness of some of my 'friends' not only was my celebration of the end of high school ruined but also my health and my intellegence ruined. Now all my 'friends' from the secondarcy school pretend that they do not know anything about it (and they do not want to know) because they have found a scapegoat - me - to suffer because of sins of all.
Because of their success in life, my mother and me live in the hell of incessant suffering for more than 20 years.
such 'successfull' high school and such 'successfull' pupils. They make their success by ruining the lives of others.

1. Have you ever met a person that played Dance Dance Revolution and took it to a rediculous level were they looked down on people who wern't that good at it? Explain.

I know a lot of people hate Mischa Barton, but why? I mean, I love Mischa Barton's acting. Espacially her character Marissa Cooper on The O.C. I just don't get it! Why do so many people hate her? My sister hates her, most of my friends and some of my relatives. Just why? Why do people hate her? I know this is a stupid question, but I'm just wondering why! It sound a lil bit confusing. Some say yes some say no. But what is the most relevant answer for all that? We blame them all after 9/11 tragedies. But we aint got no specifics and convincing evidence to put them in the position they are now. We hate Islam before we learn how they love peace, how they respects others. I know all of this after i lived with islam family for 5month. they not like us. But some of them, who didnot follow the real lead of how HOLY QURAN told to, they are the one who become so fucked up and be wild and blame islam on what ever they done. learn how islam grows, and you know that terrorism is ours, not them!!!!!
