from the "science and mathematics' section, people use a more educated vocabulary and the misspellings aren't anywhere near what they are in other sections. Go to Physics if you want to feel stupid or even if you think you're so smart answering questions in Beauty and Style or home and garden. Not to insult those that answer there, I have, I am using that as an example, Harvard Physics- Community College Gardening.

Yes, I've noticed that. Every category has its own atmosphere too and the users have a different attitude depending on the category. You've got everything from endless kindness to completely uncivilized behavior, depending on which category you browse through. It's interesting to see the differences.

Good point! It just goes to show how many uneducated people start discussing Politics and Religion. Sure would be nice if people learned how to use spell check on here.
