Have we been assimilated into the Boomer world? I look around and it seems like everyone is older or younger than me. I started out on classic rock, grew up with the Police, Ozzy, Pat Benatar...and found alternative to be the voice I could relate to in my twenties. Now I look around and I can not tell who still listens to Nirvana, Pearl Jam, STP... I am not making any judgements, just confused. If I saw you on the street, how would I know you?

One minute it says we are bringing democracy so they can vote.
Then the next minute it sounds like they don't like them and it is a punishment for 9/11 I vow never to mention them anymore but that just kept puzzleing me. Is it a liberation thing or a punishment thing. I mean doesn't it sound confusing.

Yes. WHY? I was in Hardees today waiting in the line up, and this one guy was holding the whole line up because he couldn't speak english (well he had very bad english). He kept saying some sentence over and over again and the people behind the counter had no clue what he was saying. Held up the line for like 20 minutes untill they FINALLY realised it would be best if they delt with it away from the other customers.

Those illegal immigrants are everywere. They expect everything for them! Doesn't it annoy you? And why do they come here expecting service when they must know the language of this country is ENGLISH not spanish. I pray we don't become a bi lingual country one of these days . . . look how Canada ended up .

I find it amusing that people who have lots of money often say that money isn't important. Money isn't going to make you happy etc. Easy to say when you have lots of it. Easy to say when you don't have to worry about where the next paycheck is going to come from or how you're going to pay the next bill. I don't know who said it, but this quote stays with me:"I've been rich and I've been poor. Rich is better". What do you think?
