why is it that people complain about how high gas prices are but they have no problem paying $5 for a cup of coffee

1.) Verbal warning only?
2.) $1, $5, $10 ticket?
3.) What it is today (in U.S.), which is a high dollar citation?
4. ) Because it's against the law to go over speed limit

What I'm trying to figure out for a personal project is...

Would you pay attention to speed if there was no consequences? The speed limit is posted, but it's not enforced.

There was this FX series Black White that was shown in rerun. The Caucasian man in the project, Bruno, seem ti think racism and Jim Crow doesn't exist. that be you Hispanic, Black etc, you would generally be treated as any white person it all comes down to your attutude and out look. He also said he was never stopped by the cops for no reason. I would find that strange. Since I started driving, and I have been driving more than 25yr as a minority. I have been stopped 6 times, that I can remember, for no apparent reason. Tailed for blocks 3 times but not stopped. And twice been stopped on foot and questioned why I was in the neighborhood I was in. How many times have you been stopped and dressed down?

Im planning for a fieldwork (historical trail) with 20 trainee teachers. We will be on foot around the Padang area and visit monuments like Civilian War Memorial, City Hall Building, Victoria Concert Hall, Old Parliament House, Lim Bo Seng Monument and Cenotaph. Where can i shift these 20 people in case it suddenly rain during our trail. I've checked that there are no shelter to move from one site/monument to another. Please advise

As a child, most of us saw and understood the stroking of one index finger by the other index finger, held at a right angle, to mean "shame on you." Where did it come from? Is/was it only used in the U.S.? Is it still used and understood by kids today?

I saw a programme about the Twin Towers, there was shows in that programme how the twin towers were, was actually a planned attack,

they were explosions also inside the building, and they showed close up ,as when the building was falling down , these blasts were happening too, to make the buliding s fall down,

you know when you put explosions inside a buliding so it can blow up the same thing was in the twin towers, and even there are witnesses who say there heard blast inside the building which there never show on normal tv, to me it clearly looked that this was no terroist attack , but inside attack

I am a parent and i am religious. On the one hand if my child was ever kidnapped this would be an invaluable tool in bringing him back safely on the other hand i have read the Bible and see this as a possible mark of the beast as stated in the Bible. I am confused on what to do! What are we to do?

What are some pros of Mountain Bikes?
Because Mountain Bikes's saddle and the handle bars are about the same height, so it looks dangerous for me and I have never try it. So I have no idea whether it is easy and comfortable to ride or not.

I am 15 and my brother has been acting very scary when he is sleepwalking. At first he would come to my room and rip apart my dolls or break things. He talks in his sleep too and says things like I am hurting him or to leave him alone. My mom and the doctor said he would never hurt me but I am scared. Last night I got up to go the bathroom and I saw him walking up the stairs. He noticed me and was looking at me weird. I ran into my room and put my covers over my head. When I took the covers off he was above me and he started showing his teeth and hissing like at cat. Then he tried to bite me on the face. I screamed but my parents dont believe me. What do I do?
