Where is a good Indoor/Sheltered Place around Padang to hold 20 people in case of wet weather?

Im planning for a fieldwork (historical trail) with 20 trainee teachers. We will be on foot around the Padang area and visit monuments like Civilian War Memorial, City Hall Building, Victoria Concert Hall, Old Parliament House, Lim Bo Seng Monument and Cenotaph. Where can i shift these 20 people in case it suddenly rain during our trail. I've checked that there are no shelter to move from one site/monument to another. Please advise

What about the underground area in between City Link Mall and the Esplanade? There is an escalator near the Cenotaph that leads to that underground area. The only problem you might face is that place is already very popular with youngsters practising their dance moves there.
