We have been working together for a while and we even went out a few times after work. But I want to know is there any other stuff that I can do to get his attention.

I'm assuming this is a romantic interest? You have to be friendly, outgoing, smile and invite him/her for coffee or some such activity. Don't delay or you'll leave the door open for someone else to get your co-worker's interest! If he or she brings a friend to coffee, you know they aren't interested in you in a romantic sense.

What do you mean by that?Just kidding and let me give you my two cents.Here is what I will do and everyone will notice you.Learn how to be cheerful,smile and say nice thing about others.It is you self as well as politics and business protocol.People love peace and Harmony.In my personal opinion,Business is a place where dog eat dogs and there is no friend around.You can make your difference and create a community that loving and caring for everyone around you. You do not need any trophy or a recognition.Everyone will talk about you and it is a word of mouth and anythings go. Good luck.

Ask him out again. I'm guessing if he isn't noticing you now, he doesn't feel the same way you do. If you are wondering about it, talk to him. Or, pretend you are in high school and get another co worker to ask him for you.
