Hi Y'all! I had a show business question. Today, I was going through my 14 year old daughter Lorraine's room collecting her laundry and I found a note to her from our neighbor across the street. He's a sweet older gentleman named Bruce who lives by himself.

From what I can gather, Bruce is filming a movie and is having Lorraine be the star! I was so impressed and excited when I saw that! According to his note, it's going to be called "Daddy's Little Princess" and I think it's one of those independent films.

I haven't asked Lorraine about this project yet because I think that she's doing it for my birthday which is comin up in October. I was curious and excited so I asked some of the neighbors if they heard about it or if they're participatin in it, but nobody's heard about it or knows nothin about it.

My question is, since I'm Lorraine's parent and she's under 18, do I get a part of her earnings as an actess if this movie hits it big? I'm not sure about all that legal rangle

I have a very nosy and curious neighbor, yet he is a good friend of mine, and has been since we were kids.
But this " habit " of his is forcing every one - including myself - to avoid socializing with him, and the poor guy is surprised why he is being treated this way !! Should I be frank and tell him why? or shall I leave it this way until he figure it out by himself ??

I get so disillusioned with beauty and all the time it takes to dress up and I go to thinking that no matter how much time I take to doll myself up, I will still be unpretty. Somedays I don't even wanna shower and just put my hair up in a messy ponytail. When I go out I wear baggy, unflattering clothes because I am so fat and I end up looking even fatter.

Is anyone else disgusted with sweatshops in countries like China, Mexico and Indonesia? I mean seriously. They barley pay ends meat! And whats the deal with Child Labor in these horrible sweatshops! Children should be learning to read and write and learning how to play sports. Not supporting there families at the age of 6.
This isn't really a question. Its more of an opinion based on anger for peoples lack-of-respect for our fellow man. Just because your a big company doesn't mean you can hire people that need money and then pay them sh*t for hard work with horrible work conditions. It just makes me so freakin mad that someone can take advantages of people that are desperate for money so they can support themselves!
...I guess i kinda went off there...im just expressing myself...

There many people claiming to be rape and I don’t want to be accused for that. As a black man I am afraid to have sex with white woman and fear that one of them might turn against me. I am not racist but lately on TV news 95% of the case are white females are accusing blacks of rapes. It seams to me that every time the black men are always the accused. A friend of maine suggests that before someone have sex with anyone no matter what race, they must sign a paper. In case of rap, that paper can prove his or her innocence. I taught it to be a crazy idea but later find it to be interesting, so what o you all think.

I just started my new teacher assisting job and the lead teacher constantly says:"I never hold grudges and hold no animosity towards people because we have to deal with each other the whole school year" Okay, so why is it that while we are in front of the children instructing the children she calls out my clerical mistake in front of them and gets nasty with me about my not being on "task". Isn't this the wrong image to show children?I am an adult and I shouldn't be belittled by this woman in front of them, because now I feel they may not respect me. So my question is how should I go about this? I haven't gotten my first check yet, (its the only reason why I haven't hurt the lead teacher's feelings--yet)
