There many people claiming to be rape and I don’t want to be accused for that. As a black man I am afraid to have sex with white woman and fear that one of them might turn against me. I am not racist but lately on TV news 95% of the case are white females are accusing blacks of rapes. It seams to me that every time the black men are always the accused. A friend of maine suggests that before someone have sex with anyone no matter what race, they must sign a paper. In case of rap, that paper can prove his or her innocence. I taught it to be a crazy idea but later find it to be interesting, so what o you all think.

should learn from the kobe bryants of the world and not mess with white women. period. not all white women are trouble, dont get me wrong but with so many cases as you mentioned with white women crying rape against black men, why would you want to cross that line in the first place. i can understand if white women are your preference but you cant be too careful about your freedom.
if her name is sally sue and she comes from redneck, utah. then thats a redflag, dont mess with her.

Why don't you just wait to have sex with someone that loves you and you love them so then they won't be accusing you of rape. If you have a one night stand the girl might feel used the next day and accuse you of rape. But asking a girl to sign a document for sex HAHAHAHA

that's an idea, would be hard to actually do it though. asking for signature is a big turn off. but on the other hand it can be fun too. but i think the best way not to be accused of anything like that is to be in a relationship instead of having one night stands.

Here's a thought: only sleep with a girl if you two are involved in a loving, trusting, monogamous relationship. That should eliminate any potential rape allegations.
Signing a document is just...well...lame. Sorry. No girl wants to do that.

well, a girl could always come back and say you forced her to sign it, then where would you be? Just use your judgement when you sleep with people, try to have sex with people you trust, at least to the point where you don't think they're going to try to to falsely accuse you of something like that!
