Self employed (this could be at whatever it si you do now or other) e.g. jobs you can just do when you need to - gardening, decorator, house sitter (agencies for that job, get to go nice places), mystery shopper (employed to do this, they pay for meal etc at place you check out and a fee), catering and loads of others or retrain in something such as plumbing, go and do a course at college.Uni in something (be a student slacker for a bit, P.T best more time to slack)!
Of course some jobs you can do anywhere e.g. web design, trading on-line.
You could contact VSO or similar and get a chance to do something good and travel!
You could become an excort (dangerous and against the law)!
A lot dependents on how much assetts you have, e.g. if you have a mortgage can you sell it and downsize to a smaller place or rent (wherever you sih to go), or rent out and keep assett while you travel around? If you rent I beleive (dpendent on where you are ) some people sub-let! (keeping options open).
If you have a load of stuff you can sell via Cra Boot, Auction, E--bay etc can use that to finnce change, travle (or pay uour debts)!!!
Obviously if you have ties (partner, children) this may limit your options, and obviously if you do have children you will want to met that repsonsibility which would affect youir options. If you have a partner maybe they are willig to change everythign with you?
If you on your own, loads of options, mate
Move to the coast or the country
retrain/set up business (as previous) e.g. even widly different jobs like a Masseur, sports coach, Nurse, property developer, dog walker, taxi, farmer/labourer, one of the people that take the money fo the rides at the Fair, whatever!
As long as it is not just running away, cos if that's the case gonna cary it with you wherever you go

Leave the job and travel the world doing odd jobs here and there to pay your way, you will get to see some really beautiful places and meet some wonderful people too, leave the rat race now.

You need to go and do volunteer work for unfortunate children.
Spend some time in the helll that is their life, helping them get from day to day, just to eat and sleep safe...then your crappy rat race life will seem like a million years away.
You will never be free unless you give up everything!

Go to college and do an art foundation course. It's the best, you'll love it :-) Being an art student ROCKS, for all the obvious reasons.
