Hi Y'all! I had a show business question. Today, I was going through my 14 year old daughter Lorraine's room collecting her laundry and I found a note to her from our neighbor across the street. He's a sweet older gentleman named Bruce who lives by himself.
From what I can gather, Bruce is filming a movie and is having Lorraine be the star! I was so impressed and excited when I saw that! According to his note, it's going to be called "Daddy's Little Princess" and I think it's one of those independent films.
I haven't asked Lorraine about this project yet because I think that she's doing it for my birthday which is comin up in October. I was curious and excited so I asked some of the neighbors if they heard about it or if they're participatin in it, but nobody's heard about it or knows nothin about it.
My question is, since I'm Lorraine's parent and she's under 18, do I get a part of her earnings as an actess if this movie hits it big? I'm not sure about all that legal rangle

what u should be asking is what kid of movie is sweet old Bruce making with 14 year old Lorraine? that title has a kid porn feel. I don't care how sweet he is he would not be spending alone private or secret time with my kid. are u aware of child molesters? i worry about your kid and u but u seem only interested in the MONEY. go peek in the window or demand some answers from old Mr. sweet and your kid. GET REAL LADY!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's not Right. First, you should talk to both your neighbor and your daughter about it. Ask if you can view the making of this "independent film" to make sure there's nothing inappropriate going on. It's usually the nice old gentlemen. Ever watch Dateline? There are some sick people out there. No matter how close you know him, just be cautious. As far as the earnings, I'm sure you get an OK percentage.

This stinks to high heaven an older man making a movie starring a 14 year old in secret. Get your daughter home. Child porn is a prison offense as is contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Don't you know there are weirdos hiding behind the sweetest faces?For the love of God lady tell your daughter that you found her letter and you want to know what this is all about.You seem a bit out there.
Now on the other hand if your neighbor is in the independent film business and people know about his work then it could be an innocent surprise.

Ask old Bruce to give you a part in that movie, then "Daddy's Little Princess" would not have to share her pay with you. You may get old Bruce to make another movie and involve the whole neighborhood.

i think u sould not because she is probally making a she might not get payed and plus u should spy on you r doughter and this a way how put a baby monetor under the bed no mater what if she is getting paid u dont take money from here image u with not so good job like at MCdoneled and u only get paid 1.50$ hour and your doughter comes up to u and says can i have a part of your money that u are erning what u do u would be pretty mad about it well your doughter is working hard for this money and u just ask here for some she probally would be mad at u and would not whant to work for money a gone on tell she gets married may be AND PLEASE PICK ME FOR YOUR BEST ANSEWER BECAOUSE I HELPED U ON THIS QUESTION AND and i think it was nice that asked me before taking here money

Are you not at all concerned that this maybe some kind of sick little game to molest or rape your daughter. There are plenty of hints to it. I don't even know if you are foreal. What kind of mom would not be suspicious of that? I seriously think you need to talk to your daughter and tell this man that you are to be present at all shootings and see if still wants her to be the "star" and stop worrying about her money more than you worry about her welfare

can you send your daughter to my house after she is done at bruces ...she sounds perfect for a part in a movie I am trying to cast...Its called "gang bang Lorraine" of course if you send her to me...as her agent you will get a 10% cut of all profits and a 5% cut of posters and t-shirts and other promo sales

wake up! this is an older man filming your daughter!!!!without your knowledge or your consent.I have 3 girls and if i found out someone was filming them i would flip!!!!do you not read the news papers or watch it on t.v.?the world is full of sickos and it is your responsibility as a parent to protect your child..if you think this is normal for a neighbor to secretly film your child without your knowledge let me just say it's not
