There are just more reasons to shop at Morrisons, (I haven't been brainwashed by the PR people at all!!) Its relatively cheap, foods good, got decent specials, ands layouts not bad.

I've been living in Oz for about 10 months and their supermarkets are crap!! Seriously I didn't realise that there would be any difference as lets face it in the UK regardless of which 1 you go to they are all pretty much the same. They just dont have a clue here, there isnt any real structure as where everything is, you have to cue for ages to pay, they rarely have trolleys, the plaggy bags are way too thin. Any off you UK comps want to expand come here seriously you'd clean up, Coles and Woolworths (thats the big 2) have about as much stock as a BP garage and it costs a fortune (a quid for own brand bread)

Tesco!

Tree Hugger: Tesco is probably the biggest and fastest growing supermarket chain in Britain, and I believe they are opening stores in other countries too now. I wouldn't be surprised if one popped up near you some time in the future. They are everywhere and seem to sell everything!

Sainsbury's! It has a great range for people on the healthy side. I went to Tesco's yesterday and found that there was 1(!!) packet of juice in the whole shop that was not made from concentrate!

It WAS Safeways.....pity it's no longer available, I use to go out of my way to go there, and I'M in a WHEELCHAIR too!
Now I go to Somerfields,it's THE ONLY 'Decent'supermarket left here in Shrewsbury. Sainsbury's Use to be my favourite but this branch is so badly managed and [dare I say...] VERY DIRTY!!!
It's also in a very bad and dangerous spot on that terrible ' Meole Brace' roundabout. I wont go anywhere NEAR ...THAT roundabout!
The other 'markets' are stocked with cheap nasty low quality goods. What's more... they are TOO FAR OUT OF TOWN!!!!
