If it is all right to LIE to my child about Santa Clause and say that "he" exists (and give him the credit for all the money I dish out) - is it all right to put my own spin on it like "Santa Clause was killed when he splattered all over a supersonic jet"?

Okay, I know this is going to sounds really odd but my boyfriend and my daughter swear they have seen the ghost of a small girl in my house. I have seen things I can't explain. I would like to know where I can research things like old land deeds and thinsg to see if there is some sort of "history" to my location. I know there have been only 4 families in this house and I know all four families that have lived there and they are all still living so I think my next move should be to research the land where the house sits. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If someone has been really mean to you, and they need you're help, would it be better to just help them anyway? And maybe give them more power to come right back at you.

Or just to "step out of the way", and let what goes around come back to them?

I used to think it might, but according to the last scientific investigations it has been proven that it belongs to the first century (the first carbon 14 dating was wrong because of an external layer on the linen which caused the first results to be incorrect), so it would be unwise not to recognize the possibility that it may be authenticate.
