I have Deja Vu alot, whenever my ear itches people are talking about me and i always get chills before something good happens to me. Is it normal, or just paranormal?

It is normal to get Deja Vu.
But, it is complete coincidence that your ear itches and that you get the chills... there is absolutely no scientific evidence that would support your claims. Really, coincidence.

Anything that happens is within the laws of Nature. Just because Science hasn't explained psychic powers doesn't mean they don't exist. I believe everyone has the potential for psychic powers it is just a matter of exercising it.
