Renatus, from renascor, is used to say rebirth.

Renascibilitas, -atis, means a regeneration or new birth in Ecclesiastical Latin.

I did not find the Latin word Bentley used; perhaps it is from a later period. The dictionary I consulted said that renascence is from the Latin renascens, the participle of renascor.
