any ideas what this dream means?

every time i dream about a house it's always where i use to live (i haven't lived there for about 6 1/2 years) but i have dreams about it regular, any idea what this means?

i shall tell you mine because its so simular to yours,
when I started drinking i began in this pub in old collyhurst called the lord clyde, and it was smashin, mostly older chaps that i worked with it was small and very cozy and freindly, spent many happy hours there,But this area came down with the slum clearanc of the sixties, and we were scattered to the winds. never enjoyed a place like that since,, I dream about it from time to time so real, but i go in and everybody is dead, sat in seats nobody speaks and i feal sad, its the same every time. i think its telling me to move on and forget.
