Hi I am an English university student and would like some advice regards to which new language I should start learning over summer. I am currently studying Spanish and already know the language at a pretty advanced level and also have a post A level knowlege in both Italian and portuguese and a basic knowledge of gujarati from my boyfriend. Now I would like to learn a language different from the romance family group that is useful job wise that doesnt take too long to master but is also the language of (a)country/countries that are rich in culture and beauty. I am trying to decide between Mandarin Chinese, Arabic, Hindi, Greek and Turkish. Please feel free to suggest any others that you feel are interesting and different.

I have translated this from Arabic to English. Please help me make it look formal and nice.
A quick look at how the international economy developed after the Second World War shows clearly that technological creativity and innovational ability have become two of the most decisive elements for competing in financial markets. These two elements have become more important than any other natural elements; such as, availability of cheap labor. They are even more important than agricultural and industrial fortunes which exist relatively exclusively in some countries.
The experiences of some countries such as Japan and Korea in the field of technology indicate that achieving autonomous control of imported technology is a goal of utmost priority. We also learn from them that it is necessary to train technical, administrative and organizational cadres who are able to use this technology effectively, and creatively.

The process of economic progress in our country has entered a new phase. This phase is characterized by the variations in the sources of production and the sources of income. This can be done by focusing more on the economic and agricultural development and improving the service sector. These aims are clearly included in the country’s futuristic strategic plans. In order for us to reach this goal; we need to take into consideration the objective circumstances as well as the quality and quantity of the available production resources in our country. This leads to many conclusions, the most important of which are:
Firstly: It is of extreme necessity to achieve maximum benefit from modern technology in all fields, especially in production and service sectors.
Secondly: The private sector needs to participate effectively in achieving the goals of our country’s development. This means that modern technology should be used effectively by the private sector to achieve high productivity.
